Nestled on a one-acre lot, you'll have the best of both worlds – easy access to city conveniences like grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, all while enjoying the stillness of country life.
Please be aware that this unit is the upper suite of an up/down duplex, and the neighboring unit is also available for rent. Additionally, the driveway is shared with the lower-level unit, but it should have ample space for all guest vehicles. Each unit has its own dedicated entrance. Please note that there's a gentlemen that lives off to the side of the property in an RV. He drives a pickup truck and parks it on the back gravel road behind the property. He keeps one pet pig in a pen near his RV. He will not bother you at all during your stay. There are also some garages behind the property that hold industrial equipment. This home offers comforts of country living with the convenience of being near the city.

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that the maximum number of guests listed on the property represents the maximum allowed capacity, not the minimum. To find out the specific number of guests included in the base rate, please reach out to us directly. Any extra guests exceeding the base number will be subject to an additional fee of $15 per guest per night. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

When you stay here, you'll have exclusive use of the upstairs unit of the duplex with a dedicated entrance and direct access. Additionally, the driveway is shared with the upper-level unit, but it should have ample space for all guest vehicles. The downstairs unit can also be rented separately.
Please note that some outbuildings on the property, such as commercial garages, cars, and trailers, will not be accessible to guests.

Our four bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests. The first bedroom features a King-size bed, high ceilings, ample closet space, and a window providing great natural light. The second bedroom boasts a soft Queen bed and lovely decor providing calm ambiance. The third and fourth bedrooms are also equipped with Queen beds with cozy linens, plush carpets, plenty of storage options and distinguished decor in each room.

Our two refinished bathrooms provide a sizeable space for all guests to get ready. Both bathrooms feature sparkling walk-in showers, modern tilework with tasteful finishes, and elegant vanities. Basic toiletries are provided for all guests during their stay.

Our homestay features an ultra-modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, custom dove grey cabinetry, and all the necessary tools and bakeware to cook a delicious meal. The kitchen seamlessly flows into the dining area, offering seating for six, perfect for enjoying a meal and spending time together.
Adjacent to the dining area is the bright and welcoming living room, equipped with a 55" SmartTV. Log in to your Netflix account and stream your favorite shows with the fast, free Wi-Fi.
For a more relaxed atmosphere, take a seat in the sun room, equipped with a couch, plenty of board games to choose from, and large bright windows, creating the perfect spot to curl up with a cup of coffee and a book.
A laundry area with a washer and dryer is conveniently located behind the dining area, ensuring that your clothes are always ready to wear.

The home is situated on a 1-acre lot within Denver's inner city, featuring a circular driveway with plenty of parking space. Surrounded by plants and trees, you may even spot some local wildlife. Guests have exclusive access to a back deck accessible from the master bedroom, complete with patio furniture and a grill, perfect for outdoor entertaining.
East Denver offers a wide range of transit options, whether you prefer to ride the bus, light rail or drive. In addition to bus routes, the area also has access to light rail service through the RTD's Denver Light Rail system. This makes it easy to get around the city and explore all that East Denver has to offer. The nearest station to the home is located within a short distance and can be reached by bus or bike.

The house easily accommodated our family of 9 using the top and bottom units. The beds were comfortable and the space was just right. The management company was very responsive and proactive.
The property itself was great , did not like the fact that there was people renting under the home (basement). Property owner could’ve been more professional. Other than that home was okay I’s okay. Said I could have 10 people over I guess that was a problem with the owner even though it said it was okay.
Had one person in our group of 10 adults show and book a nearby hotel just based on his first impression of the exterior only. He never set foot inside. The rest of us were more agreeable, understanding we were there for a sporting event and the big, comfy beds. It's a builder's grade, single story home that's been chopped up to make 4 bedrooms. That leaves the interior layout a bit odd. Regardless, we chose this due to price, location and # beds. It worked for us as a temporary crash pad.
