Surprise your loved one with an amazing beach-front vacation at this newly remodeled Oceanside Inn unit for two! You can even bring along up to two of your dogs for this adventure-filled week.
Walk just a few steps down the stairwell to the sandy beach for surfing, beach combing, and simply relaxing while listening to the waves crash against the shore. End your fantastic day with a glass of wine on the shared deck while watching the sun set over the horizon.
Although this beautiful unit does not have a kitchen, it's much more than just your average hotel room. The decor and attention to detail is amazing, and is sure to create the perfect space for you and your sweetheart to spend a relaxing getaway.
The king-size bed with its pale yellow bedspread is set atop a stunning natural wood bed frame, and completed by the matching end bench.
After a steaming shower in the attached bathroom (with a tub/shower combination and heated tile floors), doze off to your favorite late-night TV show on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. WiFi, cable, and a DVD player are included for your convenience.
Your dogs will even love this vacation, so don't forget them! Keep in mind that there is an associated fee and that up to two dogs are allowed. The first-come, first-served parking lot has three newly installed electric vehicle charging stations (two for Teslas and one generic).
Walk to the nearby eateries for everything from fresh seafood to homemade pie at Roseanna's Cafe. You'll stay full and happy at this prime location. And your clothes will stay fresh and clean with the shared laundry facilities, which is great for drenched clothes after an amazing hike through Oceanside's Tunnel Cave nearby. Drive a few miles to Tillamook for more shops, eateries, and the air museum.
No matter who you spend it with, this newly refinished oceanfront condo will be a vacation rental you talk about fondly for years to come.
Please note that while cell phone reception can be poor in Oceanside, it tends to be more reliable two miles south in Netarts. This property has a Verizon signal booster. For your convenience, there is an outside phone available under the carport with free long distance if needed.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 1.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We arrived an hour early to a rude woman informing us that check in was AT 4!! We did not return to the room after check in until about 10 pm. NO PARKING. (They encourage carpooling and advise that you might get one spot) If you want to cram in and not leave in your car...The stairs to beach are at your own risk literally. The wood is rotted and the path is questionable. There were about 4-5 people folding laundry out front but they were not helpful or friendly. We did NOT feel welcome or like guests...more like an annoyance. The A/C did not turn on despite my husband's best efforts...then we turn on the 8 tv to have a message that the service has not been paid for. Top that off with the kitchen was a microwave and mini fridge. The update must be the new comforter and pillowcases maybe paint on the oar on the wall.....?!? The deck has nice views if you want to stand, the glass is too dirty to look through. Oh yeah did I mention the yapping dog and loud children at 11 pm?? Hubby and I left after 1/2 hour here and paid for a resort in Portland instead just to get away from this nightmare. I messaged the host twice to get zero response. Add in the gunshots and car alarms and yeah....it was a NO from us!!!
It was a great bare bones crash pad next to the beach. You might want a bigger place with an ocean view if you plan to hang out in your room, but this was a comfortable sleeping space. Heated floors in the bathroom!
Great shower. laggy internet, tight parking, wimpy towels, barely an ocean view. great bed, nice Kurig with a variety of pods, great patio, sweet little town.
Maximum quaintness. Good for active people not trying to spend the whole time in the room, but the bed is way good for sleeping.
We thought the space/room offered everything we needed for one evening. The room was clean and stocked with “essentials”. The neighborhood does not take away from the location of the room. Parking is a bit tricky. Overall we were happy with our decision to stay here.
This is a tiny room. The bed takes almost all of the floor space. Our stay was dismal sue to a power outage so there was no heat and no light. There was no emergency lighting or heat.
Super cute and clean, and you really can’t beat the location! Our only issue was the incredibly tight parking lot, we watched a lot of close calls with large trucks trying to back in and out without taking someone’s side panel along with them. Our air conditioner had apparently been on the repair list for about a week so it was stuffy (and paired with a really firm bed it made for a long night) but ultimately a clean, mostly comfortable and enjoyable stay. Extra points for dog friendly accommodations!
Read the description carefully - lacking basic supplies.
It was beautiful. I loved the patio overlooking the beach.
Beautiful location And space, how the walls are paper thin and was kept up by the neighbors baby and dog
A few years ago I stayed in another unit in this VACASA lodge. Loved it. The place seemed a bit neglected on the exterior and the unit this time was connected to a larger space. Not quiet and outside lighting shone in at night. Well furnished, but uncomfortable old mattress & pillows.
My partner and I love how quiet Oceanside is and this is an easy place to stay with dogs, including WiFi, EV charging, and walking distance to beach and bites.
I enjoyed my stay at this property for two nights in mid-September. It was clean and had all the basics I needed. Also, I loved the access to the beach as well as the amazing deck overlooking the ocean.
The place was clean and has a great view. Parking was tight as described but as long as everyone else staying tries to park close and give others room, it all works out. The only things I would suggest is black out blinds. The light coming through from the outside light was just like sleeping with a light on and you can’t turn that light off. The air conditioner had a note that they knew it was broke (from almost 3 weeks prior) but thankfully it didn’t get too warm and there was a box fan in the room.
Everything about the rental, including check in and check out went very smoothly even without cell service out there. However the air conditioner was not working when we arrived, and we were basically told that there was nothing that could be done besides having a fan brought to us. Since there was already a fan in the room, it's obvious that the manager was already aware of the issue with the AC and didn't bother advising us ahead of time. Luckily the weather cooled off after the first day but it was still over 70⁰ in the room the whole time, which is incredibly frustrating considering we specifically chose this place because it had AC. The manager was supposed to reach out to me to discuss but they never did. We will not be renting from Vacasa properties again.
Pros: Viewing Deck Location Cons: Not an oceanview room The AC didn't work Lots of noise from parking lot/other rooms Thankfully the weather was nice and we could spend the day on the beach or viewing deck, otherwise we would have asked for a refund. The AC would turn on for up to 20 minutes and then shut down, it never cooled the room off. They tried to fix it, but it's been a reoccurring problem. But the beach is lovely and the town is cute.
I booked this trip for some quiet rest and relaxation. I got anything but that. To start, I sent a message several days ahead of my stay. Vacasa never replied. When I got to the property, the door code didn't work. Had to drive 10 minutes to find signal so I could call their 800 number. The room itself was fine, but it's literally just a hotel room, not a typical vrbo setup. There is no sound dampening between the rooms and the neighbors were SO LOUD. Either the thermostat or the hvac itself was not working. A trip to the beach is still a trip to the beach, but I highly recommend finding different accommodations.
Beautiful, comfortable room at Oceanfront Tillamook Nook. #2 had updated interior with roomy fridge, micro, coffee pot and filters. Bring your cups and coffee and enjoy ocean front lounging on the fabulous patio. The beach view is stunning, and the walk thru the tunnel offered more views and adventure. The diner 2 doors down had wonderful food - great stay!
