Everything is as described on-line. In the hot summer the terrace was much appreciated along with the bbq.

We've (a family of four) just rented this place for seven weeks and overall we're most happy with our choice. The apartment is very clean and the location is great. Even though it is a 1 BR it is very spacious and suitable for a family of our size. The private patio makes it feel even more spacious. Grocery shopping is just around the corner (both Wholefood and Pusateri's), the subway station is a block away and the Yorkville area is full of great places to eat. Susan (the owner) was most helpful before, during and after our stay. I would definitely consider staying here again, and I would recommend it to anyone planning to come to Toronto.

We stayed in this apartment for about a week in November and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The owner,Susan, was very helpful in making suggestions and providing information about the area. The location is superb, close to shops, restaurants and gourmet grocery stores. The apartment is great-very spacious, comfortable bed and well- equipped kitchen. We appreciated having such a wonderful place to stay. This definitely made the trip. Looking forward to return again in the spring .

I'm so glad I found this gem. The apartment might be a one bedroom, but it's huge. Everything is very clean and getting in and out was simple. My two weeks here were serene. My favorite parts: the furniture and ambiance. You can tell the owner put a lot of effort into creating a rich space. Excellent experience overall -- I will stay here again.

I couldn't believe the size of this apartment and it's massive terraces, all right in the middle of the most desirable area in Toronto! It is designed very tastefully and and has all the modern conveniences one could ask for. The owner is a lovely Canadian lady who lives between Los Angeles and Toronto and has clearly spared no expenses to make this home feel less like a rental and more like an exclusive pied-a-terre. The building is modern and very secure and as you walk out the door you really feel like you are in the thick of things with more restaurant and nightlife options than one could possibly fit into a week. Two of the best hotels, the Hazelton and the Four Seasons, are also a stone's throw away. Susan, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to any inquiries and requests. She's clearly passionate about her home and about the neighborhood and is a true source of information. I don't believe my stay in Toronto would have been the same had I not come across this gem of an apartment. From a cost perspective, you definitely get your money's worth and I have already referred several friends and family members to Susan. I wish all apartments on here were up to this standard. I cannot wait to be back soon!

What a great trip we had in Toronto at this large Impeccably decorated apt. in the center of Yorkville ,the Poshest Neighborhood in Toronto. We walked 5 minutes to all the chic stores and gourmet restaurants.We did not need a car. My husband invited a few friends over and we had a wonderful meal on one of the large patios as there are two.The kitchen was fully equipped.I brought my own music on my I pad and plugged it into the stereo system and the music played throughout the apt.The owner was very nice and had the property manager wait for us even though our plane was very late. My husband and I just came back from spending a fabulous vacation In Toronto. the Yorkville apt is gorgeous and so well located we did not use our car.restaurants and greay shopping is outside the door.The unit is very large and we enjoyed food on the main terrace that we picked up from Pusateris gourmet fod store acroos the street.Susan the owner was exremely helpful and gave us a list of good restaurants in the imediate neighborhood. we will definately be back.
