Stayed Feb 22, 2023Everything was fine with our room. When we read the reviews we were kinda nervous about it but when we got there it was nice. Our room was clean we did use sanitary wipes just to wipe things off for us. Which we do this in every room we stay in no matter how new. Love the beach. The pool was great and was clean. Everything was in walking distance and most places are good at delivering. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I booked this room for three nights. The owner told his housekeeper I booked two. She showed up at 3:30 and let herself in. She did not knock. She did not announce herself. She spoke to me.ver rudely and said I was supposed to be out at 11:00. I replied No, I paid through tomorrow. I called the owner. He spoke to me as if I were a child. I expressed my frustration and he started to argue.with me. I told him to look it up. He admitted he was wrong. I expressed that her entering was not.safe, as I have two kids with me. His reply: You do what you want. Then he hung up.on me. I have another night here and I am concerned he is going to show up unannounced and retaliate. This is not a safe condo.

Stayed Feb 26, 2016Nice, clean place. Everything was as advertised. Quick response by email when I had a question. No complaints. For the price, it's definitely worth it and I would recommend this place to others.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My husband and three boys stayed here for 3 nights and we had a great time. It is very close to alot of shops and restaurants. South beach is about 10 minutes away and we went to the aquarium in miami and that was around 30 minutes away. The pool was very nice and the beach was beautiful. The room was very clean. They had pots and pans to cook light meals, which was perfect for us. We had a baby pack n play and it fit fine in the room. I would definitely recommend this place.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Convenient next to beach and next to main street of south beach. Wifi works in lobby not that great in apt. Clean just basics but good for a weekend.
