Stayed Aug 29, 2024Our top flight loft was cool modern with city views and within a few blocks of highly rated, and dog friendly, restaurants. It’s a great walkable city. Then there are the mountains! About 2 miles from our pad, we drove up Town Mountain and then connected with Elk Mountain Scenic Parkway completing this mountain loop in about an hour. We also drove 45 min on the Blue Ridge Pkwy to Craggy Gardens near Mt Mitchell. Not listing all the wineries we visited. So very relaxing times and vistas to remember!
