    The position of the apartment was magnificent. The ensuite bathroom for the main bedroom had no door, and the wardrobe was in the bathroom - not great for clothes as there was no exhaust fan. The drain for the shower blocked up on our last day. The lighting in one bedroom was non-existent, and extremely poor in the other. The seating area was small for a 3 bedroom apartment. There was a lot of noise from work being done in other apartments, however, the tradies vans completely blocked entry/exit to the carports, and whilst they did all move on one occasion, it took ages. We found it easier to take the car out very early and park on the road, which was at time quite inconvenient. We would definitely not stay there again.

    We had a great week at Noosaville, but I probably won’t stay at this property again. The property is well located on the river, with easy access to the cafes and bars nearby as well as to the bus that takes you in to Hastings Street. The apartment is a bit tired, but adequate. Our main problem here was parking - other residents/guests parked their cars outside of their garages/carports which made it almost impossible to get in or out of our carport. Additionally there was a constant stream of tradespeople every day, parking across our carport or next to it so that we always had to find one of them to move in order to be able to get in or out of our carport. Unfortunately my car got damaged during one of my attempts to get out of my carport. We had constant loud tradespeople noise in an adjacent apartment for the entire stay. Tradespeople also filled the two visitor car parks most days.

    A great unit for family groups with two single beds in each extra room. We used the fans day and night to keep cool in summer. Family bathroom shares space with laundry. We mentioned a couple of equipment improvements to the letting agents which will have been checked on our departure. Close to all the delights of Gympie Terrace - but the quieter street frontage is great.

    We lived in Noosa for 10 years before going to Tasmania, 9 years ago so we know the area very well. This unit is situated on the quiet end of Noosa river. Still close to all the restuarants and shops. The view is spectacular especially during sunset. 3 good sized bedrooms. Modern kitchen and lovely lounge. There's a lovely breeze but no aircon. We had a great stay and will be returning.
