Stayed Aug 20, 2019This is a great place to stay if you want to avoid the downtown frenzy. We wanted to enjoy Newport and wind down after a hectic week (daughter's wedding!). This was the perfect place! It is away from the crowds and very peaceful. Steve greeted us from his deck upon our arrival and was quick to help us when we needed him. The only reason the online listing got 4 stars was because it doesn't mention that the bed is a full size, not a queen. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Aug 23, 2019The home is exactly as it appears in the listing. Quite a grand home. This apartment was very comfortable with a kitchen and a lovely sunny breakfast nook. The owner placed a beautiful vase of flowers in the apartment which made us feel very welcome. There’s an iron, hair dryer and coffee! Very beautiful grounds. Loved the location which is close to the mansions and museums and to Cliff walk including the Breakers. The wedding we were attending was at Goat Island which was only about 10 minutes away. Quiet and restful.

Stayed Jun 12, 2019Close to mansions, Cliff Walk, and beach. Less than 5 minute drive downtown, marina. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Easy check in/out. Equipped kitchen. Owner was very responsive to requests for items (e.g., hair dryer, ironing board) and very quick response via email. Overall, a wonderful stay!
