This little apartment in the middle of Vernazza's square is a gem! This apartment is in the perfect location! Stefania did an excellent job communicating with us about how to get there and how to access the apartment. The apartment was beautifully decorated and so clean! It has a microwave and refrigerator that we use to warm up our leftovers and to make tea in the morning. It also has a range we did not use as we ate out. The location is idyllic. After long walks, we loved returning to rest while still feeling immersed in the lively square—just open the windows and you can hear the waves crashing in the harbor and the gentle buzz of village life below. We loved our stay at this UNIQUE place, and would book again!

Amazing location! We felt so lucky to stay here. The view of the main square and the harbor from the window was spectacular.

Great location as right at main piazza and near fishing boats. Terrible location in that it is excessively noisy. No AC so no option to close windows. Limited supplies, 1 towel per person for milt day stay. No cleaning supplies, no paper towel, one dish towel. Suitable space for a couple or parents and 2 children. Not suitable for 4 adults. One queen bed and bunk bed room is repurposed closet. No room for luggage and only one person can stand in the room at a time. Important to know 20 steep steps to unit. Fine for us but could be a challenge for some. Decor is fun and view is charming. Easy to check in and check out.

This is a beautiful and spacious apartment for our family of four! There was some construction/scaffolding nearby during our stay, but Stefania was so warm, gracious, and accommodating to make things work so well for us. Highly recommend!

Right in the piazza where everything is happening

This was an amazing spot. It is in the heart of town. Right outside your door are amazing breakfast and dinner spots. You are 100 feet from the water. Very safe and very clean apartment 2 full bathroom I highly recommend this spot.

Great location in a great town.

A beautiful place above the piazza in Vernazza. At night, with the windows open, we listened to the ocean. The location is perfect. The host was a great communicator. Highly recommend staying here if you are going to Cinque Terre.

The location of this property is fabulous. Right on the square in Vernazza. Stefania is a great communicator and addressed our questions/issues immediately. If you haven’t visited this part of Italy be prepared to do a lot of uphill walking and stairs. Stafania’s place has 20 steep stairs to navigate from the plaza as well as a few steps in the apartment. My travel partner was disappointed in the twin bed in the very small room as the mattress is very hard. Overall our stat was comfortable with basic amenities.

This was a terrific place to stay with an amazing location that made you feel like you were in the middle of everything in Vernazza. Our host was also excellent and we really appreciated all the time and effort she put in to making her stay great.

If heaven has a VRBO, it must be this one! Unique is an excellent way to describe this perfect place from the location right on the piazza looking out on the action to the amazing interior decorating and spacious layout. I was expecting great but it way exceeded our expectations. If you visit Vernazza, it is the place to stay. Our host, Stefania did great with communication and is very welcoming. Thank you for such a magical time.

Beautiful apartment in the amazing town of Vernazza. The location was right off the square and was ideal for shopping, hiking the trails or enjoying the beach. The flat was beautifully decorated with sea views. Only thing to note, the washing machine was not in the flat, but was a laundry mat at the top of the hill. Highly recommend staying here if you want to truly enjoy all Vernazza has to offer.

The perfect place to stay for a visit to Cinque Terre! Vernazza is a gem, and we were able to walk out the front door and swim off the beach and from the pier. Delicious restaurant within minutes of the front door. The apartment itself was beautifully maintained - so quaint and comfortable. With three air conditioners (one in each bedroom and one in the main living area)! We had a restful, magical, and very comfortable stay! Thank you Stefania!

There is a place that is a slice of heaven, so perfect you never want to leave yet so surreal that you are there. That place is this amazing property in the heart of Vernazza. Stefania was amazing with communication and detail for checkin. The property was clean, quirky, and loaded with modern amenities. The A/C worked great! The view of the action in the marina was exciting. I only wish there was someone who could roll our bags through the stone streets and hike them up the stairs - Hahaha! But all in all perfection!

This is a wonderful apartment!!! The location is on the square next to the water. The apartment is very comfortable. There are 4-5 excellent restaurants in the square (piazza). It is central to all of Cinque Terre. We hiked to Monterosso al Mare, bought the train pass for two days and went to the other towns, walked the Via dell'Amore trail outside Riomaggiore, walked up the stairs to Corniglia and ate lunch. Thank you!!

very charming apartment, tastefully furnished; equipped and functional kitchen (missing dishwasher); two comfortable and clean bathrooms. To get to the apartment you have to cross the entire course of the village and climb a rather steep flight of stairs.Everything was fine

Lovely view into the courtyard/Marina. Beautifully styled apartment. It was a lovely place to hide out and watch tv because it poured for most of our nights. Tv has streaming (Netflix, Apple TV etc).

This apartment was perfect for my husband and me. Clean. Comfortable. Convenient. And beautiful. The view out of the windows was spectacular! Right on the piazza.

Top location very confortable Beatiful

The place was perfect. You over look the piazza and the ocean. You are short steps from everything food, drinks, ferry, train and shopping. Was perfect! Thank you for being such a wonderful host and sharing your home with us. 🤗

We enjoyed 3 beautiful days in Vernazza and the accommodation made our tine super special. Fantastic location and communication with the host allowed us to enjoy the heist of Vernazza and the Conque Terre. When we return we would only stay here.

Property exactly as advertised, better in person vs the photos. 1 bedroom is truly separate and has 2 single beds in bunk formation. 1 bedroom (full bed) is in a corner area of the apartment on a platform with a curtain that closes it off from the rest of the apartment for privacy. Not entirely private but sufficient and a nice use of the space. Great location. Great apartment. Fun art. Very clean. Couch is a bit old/worn but does the job. It was very warm when we were there, but they had a couple tower fans, a bit dusty, a bit weak, but helpful. Host provided wonderful communication and details well in advance of arrival. Entry was seamless. We used the advice to park in La Spezia directly at train station vs. driving to Vernazza and the very limited parking options which still require a shuttle/limited hours, etc.. Train to Vernazza is 10 minutes and very easy. Parking is expensive (we paid approx. 40€/day, covered garage, protected) and train was approx. 10€ per trip each direction. Pick your battle. The expense was worth the convivence for us after seeing the options and trying less expensive options. 100% recommend the hike from Vernazza to Monterosso. Left by 8am, arrived in 1.5-2 hours with stops. Trail was BUSY by the end. Go early! Avoid the other hikers on the narrow trail. Spent the day at the beach in Monterosso (€90 for 3 chairs and 1 umbrella), easy 5' train ride back to Vernazza (also €10). Would book again! Thank you!

Really did not choose well my stay in Vernazza. This location did not have air conditioning just a few small fans that did not do much. Slept on the mattress on the floor in the living room with a fan in my face. Could not open the windows for the breeze because of the noise that goes until 11h30 p.m. do not recommend this place for the summer month if they do not install air conditioning.

If you want to be in the heart of Vernazza, this is the place. Live music and the hustle & bustle right out your window including amazing views. You are definitely paying for location- amenities are lacking though- bare minimum (no eating utensils) & bring your own beach towel if you are wanting to go down to the water.
