Medford, Oregon
2 people are allowed to stay here.
This property is a legitimate "Tiny Home". It contains a loft with a nice queen sized bed, a kitchen, full bath, living area and even a space to work on your laptop if needed!
"Tiny" is parked in a very large park like backyard of our Log Home that we also rent as a Vacation Rental. It has it's own outdoor space with a table to relax and eat at as well.
It has all the comforts of tinier!
The home is situated just on the outskirts of Medford. It is minutes away from Downtown Jacksonville with some amazing wine tasting and restaurants a stones throw away. Very close to Ashland Skiing and the home of the famous Shakespeare festival.
We use the security camera as people check in to make sure these policies are adhered to.
PETS: Due to my personal disability, I am unable to allow pets. A pet will result in immediate termination of our contract. Service animals included.
Cute tiny home. The loft was a little hard to access and could have benefited from bedside lamps.
Second time staying here. This is a great alternative for lodging.
Really enjoyed staying here. Has everything and all the amenities you could ask for. Highly recommend
Great property. Our host offered to move us to her own hone because of the heat. Thoughtful, considerate, and a great experience. Great dog too
This home is a clean and conveniently located place to crash while roadtripping the I-5, and it’s a kick to see what the tiny home craze is all about. However, I wouldn’t recommend it to people planning on getting a place they can lounge around/hang out in. The WiFi is very slow, you can’t sit up in the bed loft, and the seats at ground level aren’t very comfortable for long-term lounging.
So glad I chose to stay here, relaxing and fun and everything I needed was supplied!
Very nice tiny home. Low clearance upstairs, not surprising for a tiny home. Small picnic table to use. Fence between the area and a fairly busy street. Great place to sleep, not a great yard or view, which was fine for us after hiking a lot that day. Overall, a nice value and cute place to stay.
My best friend and I stayed here for a concert in Jacksonville. Cutest place in the cutest neighborhood and convenient place! Would stay again!
Great location to travel to Jacksonville, Central point, or Medford, or the Applegate Valley. Very well appointed, but could use a little organization in the kitchen – lol, owners, very attentive, and gracious.
Lovely tiny home. Easy to find and easy access.
Got to stay here!!!
This tiny house has everything you need! Especially if your looking for the tiny house experiences! I recommend this to anyone trying to find a place in a great area and easy to drive to town!
The ultimate tiny home experience! We had a lovely time.
Very cute and comfortable spot. Close to the winery. Very easy to find. Very comfortable bed!
Definitely recommend this stay :) we are inspired to make our own tiny home now! Only thing we’d recommend is a soap holder in shower and maybe a new coffee maker. Thank u!
Too noisy. No light switch at head of bed. Ceiling even for tiny house too low. Expected to strip bed and clean up even though charged cleaning fee.
Communication with the host was great. The tiny home was so cute! Had everything I needed, in a beautiful location, and was perfectly comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Easy to rent the location was close to work and Jacksonville
Check in was a breeze, home was spotless. This tiny home was the perfect place for our quick trip!
We loved our stay at “Cub”. The place was well appointed. It felt nice and private. I had read in reviews about road noise but it didn’t bother us one bit. The fan and air conditioner worked well. Host was very attentive and and responded quickly.
Great property, affordable price, and simple for someone looking to be outside and come back to a comfortable stay.
With how small the space is it is so well done that you feel like you have plenty of room. We were able to cook full meals, take showers, and everything as if it was a full sized house! 10/10 recommended stay here!!
Unfortunately we stayed here for a night during a hot spell in July. When we arrived the tiny house felt hotter inside than the 80-90 degrees outside. We turned the air conditioner on right away (around 6:30pm). The air conditioner did not catch up until sometime around 4am I'd say (I got up and it was still going but finally felt decent). The loft area had a nice fan, but it didn't help. The bed was comfy and we were tired... We tossed and turned as we were HOT. In our other stays, host ensure that the home is cool upon arrival.
Lauren was wonderfully communicative during my tiny stay in her tiny home. Fortunately, the freak heatwave that hit during my stay didn't impact my sleeping temps at night. It was cozy, and a great way to experience a tiny bit of Medford.
Location was terrific for hiking, local culture, etc...place was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked!
Single overnight stay for one adult parent and a teenager midway on a Pacific Northwest roadtrip. Cute! Nicely appointed. True to life on the pictures. Ease of checkin and communication with host. All pluses. Cons, in our view: trailer sits adjacent to a main two-lane road through town and the traffic was quite loud while in bed mid-late-evening until approximately 10pm. Made it hard to sleep. Also no shades or curtains on upper bunk windows (bring a sleep mask). Need to be limber and sure-footed to ascend the stairs and crawl (literally) to bed. But overall, a memorable tiny house stay!
Perfect tiny getaway for the weekend. My wife & I are from Redding, CA and we already cannot wait to book this again!
