Love the fact that parking in the garage was close and no cost. Room had everything we needed
WOW! This micro apartment is GORGEOUS and probably the most unique place you'll ever stay in your life. Located INSIDE America's oldest indoor mall, it's like staying inside a piece of history. Opening the apartment door in the morning, or coming home at night, I could not believe how cool the building is. It's located steps away from the cutest shopping district, RISD, the river and Brown. The apartment is well-appointed and cool. It's tiny, but feels perfectly spacious and cozy. I would live here in a heartbeat and I would hire their decorator/.designer for my own house. To top it off, the hosts were lovely and responsive. I honestly can't recommend this gem enough. It made my trip WAAAAY cooler and more fun just to stay here. 20/10 stars.
This property is in a building that was built in 1828, and there are multiple remodeled living, business, both retail, and office suites. It is three stories, and is conveniently located. The unit we stayed in was remodeled expertly. Whoever was the decorator/contractor really knew what they were doing to make this very small, and unfortunately not very comfortable unit as appealing looking as possible. The floor slants very noticeably, and the bed is very high off the floor, only accessible on one side, which means if your partner wants to get up before you, or needs to get up in the middle of the night, and they are on the non-open side of the bed, it is a bit cumbersome. The company that owns the unit made the rental process seamless and very easy, as well as the managers on the ground being excellent at their job. We are not big complainers, but we would never stay there again. Sorry.
