Under the Gondola - Sleeping Giant Suite, Dog Friendly!

This property is amazing! Perfect location, very clean and had everything we needed. Robin is great and very hospitable! The fenced yard is a great bonus if you have a dog. We'll definitely be back!

Room to roam. Our pup arrived to water and food bowls. The bed was comfy (kinda rare in vacay rentals), nice kitchenette, great shower, the host was communicative and friendly. Lovely stay!

I had a great 2 weeks with Pam and our Jack Russell Terrier Olive.

Everything about this place is clean, easy and perfect for skiing at Steamboat…plus it’s dog friendly :)). I’d stay here again!!

Great host on site who was friendly and communicative. Dog bowls for food and water were laid out and dog waste bags were provided. 5 minute walk across the street to the slopes. The unit we stayed in was up two flights of stairs that were snow and ice free.

Had a great stay at Under the Gondola. Place was exactly as described and pictured. I have a 4 and 8 year old and the place was big enough for the four of us and all our ski gear. For skiing it is a short walk across the street and a parking lot and down a little hill to the ski access point. For experienced adults it is easy to cat track in and out to the main run, which leads down to both gondolas and the Christie. For the littles we had to walk out a bit on the trail to get down to start the day, maybe 5-10 mins, but getting back we could ski to the parking lot. Grill worked great for making breakfast on the side burner. Place is very clean. We walked the trail a couple of times down to the main ski village for dinner. Communication and the hosts were great. Overall a really great stay and we will be back.

Second year staying at this location and once again loved it all so much. Our dogs had a blast playing in the snow, Robin is so great, parking easy and no stress, ski in/ski out to Steamboat Gondola! Our kids leave early on their own and are tired from skiing all day/night. We haven’t had to get back in our car (the real vacation!) We have been spoiled with fresh snow. We can’t wait to come back!

Such hospitality during our stay! It was the perfect escape for our family, including our fur baby! We were so happy to find a place that would accommodate our kiddo AND our pup! We will definitely be back!

Super across the board — dog friendly with a great fenced yard, very clean and well appointed, and the host was super sweet. The location is in the heart of the ski mountain. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Overall, an excellent stay
