Umberto I Holiday House

A wonderful apartment/house in Naples! Really felt at home at Umberto House - separate large lounge room and 2 spacious bedrooms, air conditioning in each room. Close to metro and in the centre of Naples within 15 minutes walk to Spanish Quarter and train station with direct train to Pompeii. 10c to use the antiquated lift to fifth floor during the day - free when doorman not working including weekends!

The apartment was beautiful and well kept. It was conveniently located near the train station which made travel and transportation easy. Host was easy to communicate with. I have nothing to complain about. The noise of the city is to be expected if you know anything about this area; it is a nonstop bustling city and it will be noisy; it’s part of the charm of Naples. It’s not the fault of the apartment or host. Just keep that in mind and bring some earplugs to sleep if you need absolute quiet.

We found a beautifully presented apartment right near the historic old centre of Napoli within easy walking distance of the central train station. There was plenty of room for our family of five. It was a little noisy at nighttime but we knew that would be the case and weren’t overly disturbed. The hosts were super friendly and helpful and we only wished we could have stayed longer. Would be nice if a dishwasher could be installed because hand washing everything can be a pain with a bigger group.

Such a beautiful apartment! Spacious with all the right touches. Comfortable beds, all the amenities. Close to transit, metro and train station. We loved our time here. Grocery stores within walking distance and great restaurants nearby. We didnt have small children with us, but we could see it is child-friendly.

Manuela offered to help with the nightmare airline's lost baggage system and without her help, I'm not sure if we would have received it. The apartment was sparkling clean and we enjoyed our 3 week stay. Would stay here again without hesitation.

This is a wonderful place if you are in Naples with family, girls trip or just solo. Felt very safe and location is perfect for the traveler that want to stay in and cook or just wal to a local pizzeria. Owner was great and easy to work with. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

We loved the apartment! It was clean, stylish, spacious, and comfortable. Everything worked well including the air conditioning -which was good because the weather was hot! The apartment is well placed for exploring Naples by foot and many great restaurants nearby. Also, an easy walk to the metro, train station and ferry terminals and a taxi stand right across the street.

We spent a prolonged weekend in this beautiful apartment and liked it very much. It is a spacious, full of day light apartment, very nicely and thoughtfully decorated. It is located on a big street, within walking distance from the train station, historical center and the harbour. The metro station is just 5 min on foot. The apartment has everything one might need - the kitchen was fully equipped, with a nice supply of condiments. There were soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the living room was very cozy to sit after the long day. We liked everything about the apartment. There is a great famous pizzeria just opposite to the apartment, lots of pastry shops and some small grocery shops around to buy food for breakfast. The apartment is located on the top floor, but we never used the elevator as we had to burn all the calories we consumed in this tasty city. We would love to be back some time to explore more Naples. The apartment is stunning and beautifully fitted out. With 2 bedrooms, a lounge, bathroom and separate kitchen it felt more like a house. It’s within easy walking distance of many restaurants, the metro and supermarket and many of the beautiful sights of Naples. As a family of 5 we were very comfortable at Manuela’s apartment and highly recommend it. The Alibus which goes directly to Naples airport is close by as is Napoli Centrale station. We would definitely stay there again.
