This perfect beachside apartment has been freshly renovated with a very modern finish. The location is 1 min walk to Bondi Beach - there is no better place to be. It's a studio apartment with a outdoor balcony / timber deck. If you love Bondi you will absolutely love this apartment fitted out with everything you will need as a home away from home :)

The Neighborhood:

Bondi Beach is one of Australia's and the world's most famous beaches. It has a village atmosphere and very little high-rise development. The beach is roughly a kilometre long and is patrolled by lifesavers.



There are activities all year round at Bondi beach, from surfing competitions and kite flying to festivals and markets.

There are lots of coffee shops and places to eat along the beach and tucked away in the back streets.



The area is great for coastal walks. There are two scenic walks from Bondi Beach towards the south. These walks offer great views of the sea, you visit popular beaches such as Tamarama and Bronte, and you get to see a number of historic spots.

There are plenty of places along the way where you can stop to admire the views. During the summer these walks are packed with tourists from all over the world.



Getting Around:

The bus stop is right outside the apartment.



We also recommend using an Opal Card. Opal makes getting around on public transport a lot easier and faster, with its tap on and tap off system. You can find an Opal card retailer by visiting their website.



Visit the Sydney Trains website for up to date information on timetables and fares.



Other Things to Note:

Level 1 in the building has a washing machine and dryer for guests to use. They accept $2 coins.



Linen fee of 35AUD if you need to use the sofa bed.



Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.



Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.



There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.



Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.

    Easy to access and very close to Bondi Beach and all its amenities. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning in this unit and the patio door and window do not have screens so it was very unnerving to leave either open for ventilation, especially overnight. The bathroom could use updating as there is paint that has fallen off in the shower and the crevices in the floor has ground-in dirt. The overall cleanliness of the bathroom was lacking.

    This is the most Horrendous experience of travel accommodation, i've ever experienced.I am 'coming up to halfway of a 14 week world tour , and this has been an absolute disgrace , a scam as far as I can see.The proberty was dirty and in disrepair, an absolute dump.Nothing like the photographs representing it.It even states in the advert.It is freshly decorated , which is clearly not.. clearly a lie.Every wall barked , every cabinet chipped blackmould in the basin tiles missing from the shower. I have plenty of photographic evidence.The reason i feel its a scam, it's because they know it's below par and there's a non refund policy.But you would need a refund policy if it lives up to its advertising. Evening playing the balcony overlooks the water.But the biggest issue is hidden costs , and then they've taken the full amount for my credit card.As opposed to the authorisation amounts requested.They've got no interest whatsoever.I don't know if I'm talking to the host or the website.I've been offered half my money back , but it is insufficient.

    Great location, poor rental management and cleaners. Check in 3pm, normally 2pm, we arrived early to see if our bags could be left as we were competing on Nth Bondi beach, blunt NO. Paid for the sofa lounge bed linen as there were 3 of us, bed no made linen hidden in the cupboard. No notes to say where things were and how to get the TV,etc working. TV was unplugged, plugs everywhere, WIFI wouldn't connect therefore TV wouldn't work. Management was way over the top with the constant emails and text messages. Upon leaving the key was put in the lock box we then got a call to say the cleaners couldn't find the key, REALLY!!!! Great location but very disappointing. Definitely not value for money, I wouldn't recommend the stay to anyone!!!!

    Unfortunately the apartment was very dirty, sand, dust and hair everywhere; we arrived and the sofa bed wasn't made, we had to make it ourselves after 10 hours of travel. We realized that the apartment is not for 4 people but for a maximum of two, there is no space for suitcases, there are no wardrobes and some dishes were also missing, such as coffee cups, only 2 available, we didn't know where to hang the towels, also because the drying rack on the terrace was rusty. Unfortunately they don't have parking as we knew, but we didn't think it would be difficult and expensive to find one. The strong point of this accommodation is the location a few steps from Bondi beach and in this we had a lot of convenience.

    Excellent location—right on Bondi Beach and next to Icebergs. Communication with management was excellent. Accommodations were adequate—queen bed plus sofa bed and kitchenette with coffee & tea. Small patio with table & chairs with view of wall of building next door. Bus stop right outside front door. Good place to sleep for access to Bondi.

    Beautiful property perfect for me and my boyfriend, kitchen amenities, balcony, bathroom was lovely.. spacious yet cozy!
