URBAN 6 is a lively two-room apartment in a new building in Viganello.

The perfect place for a couple, a family, or for business travellers.



The living room is an open space with kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve meals on the nice table and enjoy pleasant lunches and dinners in company.



Read, work or relax watching a movie on the flat-screen TV from the comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a double bed for the night.



(Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.)







The double bedroom is cosy and has a large wardrobe for clothes and personal effects.



The marble-effect bathroom provides comfort thanks to the spacious shower and is carefully designed down to the last detail. As an excellent plus there is also a washing machine.







Completing the flat is a beautiful private balcony, ideal for enjoying a quiet moment in the open air while sipping an aperitif or having breakfast before starting the day.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 



We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Please be reminded that you will enter the apartment by doing a SELF CHECK-IN. 



An e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS (including a step-by-step guide) on how to access the apartment autonomously will be sent to you after you successfully complete the online registration.

The Coop Supermarket is a 10-minute walk or 2 minutes' drive from the property; the lakefront is a pleasant 20-minute stroll away; from La Lanchetta restaurant, you can take the ferry in the small marina to many destinations (Gandria, Morcote, etc.). 



A short distance away you can relax at the Lido di Lugano or visit Parco Ciani, one of the city's most beautiful parks, perfect for relaxing walks by the lake. 



For those who love shopping, Via Nassa is a famous shopping street just a few minutes away, with boutiques and luxury shops.



For transport, the Lugano Centro station provides easy access to public transport, while the Lugano Exhibition Centre offers events and exhibitions.



How to get there:



If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take the ‘Lugano Nord’ exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the flat. 



If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take bus no. 6 (direction Villa Luganese) for 6 stops and get off at the stop ‘Lugano, Via Beltramina’ (about 11 minutes).

Walk about 7 minutes (500m) to get to the apartment.
