Two-bedroom in central position with garden - MARAINI GIARDINO

The soft fabrics and colours and the warmth of the wood-effect textures in the living room will instantly help you relax; the modern, fully-equipped and open kitchen will encourage you to prepare tasty dishes! The sofa turns into a double bed for 2 additional guests (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem itproper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). It is possible to access the garden through the French window even from the bright double master bedroom. There are two single beds in the other bedroom. In the bathroom, the large modern shower will help you relax after a day spent at the lakefront, doing shopping and visiting museums or after a day of work.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.



The apartment does not have a private parking, but you can park on the paid public parking lots nearby.

Please be reminded that you will enter the apartment by doing a SELF CHECK-IN. 

An e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS (including a step-by-step guide) on how to access the apartment autonomously will be sent to you after you successfully complete the online registration.

What's nearby:

Lakefront and Lac are 5 walking minutes distant, while the city centre and the station of Lugano are 7 walking minutes from the apartment; the bus stop is close to the building complex. The area is very well served: in front of the building there is a grocery store.



How to arrive:

If you arrive by train, from Lugano station walk about 15 minutes (about 1 km) along Via Clemente Maraini in a southerly direction (towards Paradiso), or take bus No. 2 for 2 stops or bus No. 4 for 2 stops and get off at Lugano Loreto stop. The building is located 10 meters from the stop. 

The apartment does not have private parking, but you can park in the paid public car parks nearby. If you arrive from the motorway, 50 meters on the right of the traffic lights there is a paid municipal car park; if you arrive from the station, turn left to via Adamini (direction lago e Lac) and 100 meters after the post office you will see on the right the entrance to the paid covered car park.
