Tuscan-style apartment facing Duomo

Large, clean apartment. Looks exactly like the pictures. Host very responsive and offered helpful suggestions. The Duomo is literally right out side the door. Loved having 2 bathrooms and a large living room area where we could relax together.

Excellent location for a main base around Florence. Easy to get to all the major areas that we wanted to visit. Didn’t meet Niccolo but Giuseppe was pleasant and charming. Only con was the showers. Took a long while for water to warm up and we could pick either very hot or very cold. Still, I would stay here again.

1) The cold/hot water in the shower don’t come out even. I have to take cold shower and rush thru it. 2) All the towels in this place need to be replaced, they are way too old to be used. 3) need to have a mirror outside the bathroom. 4) the refrigerator does not work properly. 5) be careful with the chairs in the dining room. You may fall out of the chairs because they are too old. 6) pots/pans are too old. One of the pots leaks while I boil water.

We had a wonderful stay! Highly recommend and would stay there again. The apartment was lovely, clean and described well. The location could not have been better!!The hosts were accessible, responsive and communicative.

Location was absolutely perfect. Seeing the Duomo from the house was amazing! Great central spot to all the sites. House was clean and comfortable.

The apartment is in a historic area with all the modern amenities (and yes, the Duomo is right outside the livingroom window!). We were a group of.two couples and we had plenty of space to spread out. The living, dining and kitchen spaces were generous and we each had our own bathroom. The location can't be beat... so many landmarks are within easy walking distance. Niccòlo was a kind host and gave us great recommendations for.restaurants. We would definitely consider staying here again. many historic

Great location, easy check in process.

I will start with the Pro’s -Location was excellent -Easy check in process -Nice walk from the train station -Very spacious and roomy apartment -Water pressure decent Con’s -This apartment needs some love and care -EVERYTHING is just old and worn out including the sheets, blankets, and towels -Glasses were all chipped and afraid to drink out of them for fear of cutting our lips -No frills, no water, no snacks, no coffee, shampoo etc. -Could not use the 2nd bedroom, the mattress is so thin that the bed springs can be felt if pushed down on. -Apartment location is extremely noisy, most nights until 4am!!! Maybe it was because I had to sleep on the couch for our entire stay. -Coffee maker has not been cleaned in quite some time, my husband had to clean it to be able to make coffee. Overall, the apartment has so much potential if only it would be upgraded with some new bedding and towels. Some extra little things for guests would also make it so much better.

The flat was incredibly close to the Duomo and central to everything we wanted to see in Florence. It was a perfect space for 4 adults. The pictures don’t do it justice; it had so much charm and comfort in the entire space! We loved it and would highly recommend anyone stay here on their trip to Firenze
