The living room offers a peaceful atmosphere with plenty of seating on the cozy leather sectional and chair! A large Smart TV is provided for all your streaming needs as well as overhead lighting and extra throw blankets so you can sit back and relax.

There is a dining space right off the kitchen that features a beautiful table and chairs to seat four! Bathroom:
There are two full bathrooms in this home, one attached to the master bedroom and one in the hallway between the bedrooms. The bathroom off the master bedroom features a standing shower only while the other bathrooms offers a shower/tub combo. There is plenty of storage and counter space!

For ease of traveling we have equipped the bathroom with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. A large bath towel and washcloth is provided for each guest along with hand towels and dark makeup towels are provided for convenience.

The property has two balconies, one off the master bedroom and the off of the living room. These are for our guests' private use. The community itself offers a fenced dog park area with dog stations provided as well a playground for kiddos and outdoor seating to sit out and relax.

Shawnee is easily accessible by foot, bike scooter or car! Uber and Lyft are easily accessible in the area and if you head to Kansas City park and ride the free StreetCar to many of Kansas City's famous attractions.

*IDENTITY VERIFICATION and PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide all reservations with damage protection of up to $1,500. This protection plan is $45 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Stays 30-59 nights will be required to pay an additional insurance premium of $305 directly on our website. Stays longer than 59 nights will be separately charged for damage protection extension at the rate of $130/30 days. Please note, guest screening is also required for any bookings made through VRBO or direct. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by Safely to complete an identity verification before your reservation date for any direct or VRBO bookings.

* PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 6, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.

* PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 pet fee for one pet or $100 for two, this fee is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet host provides dog bag stations). There is no fenced in yard at this home however the community has an enclosed dog run and the neighborhood is perfect for walking!

*Cancellation Policy*

Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund.
50% Refund: Cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in and the full amount will be charged. Cleaning fee will be refunded.
Special Exception: If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund.
**All cancellations will not receive processing fees back (approximately 4%)**
