Palm Beach Hotel Condominium is a true Historic Landmark complete with the feel of a bygone era and many pleasing architectural details to discover. This is 340 sqt 1 br apartment featuring a comfortable Queen-sized bed; kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker.
We provide beach chairs, umbrella and towels. Amenities include cable TV, Wifi, AC/heater, hair dryer, iron, ironing board.
There is an ongoing construction on the facade of the building M-Fr 8-5
The space
The Hotel has a 24-hour staffed front desk and on site management which allows for easy, any time of day, check-in/check-out.
The Hotel's many amenities include a large heated swimming pool set in a tropical garden, multimedia room, library, over sized lobby (the location of the Palm Beach Day Spa), barbecue facilities, coin operated laundry and a covered breezeway with tables and chairs for dining and relaxing.
A taxi from the West Palm Beach Airport only takes about 10 minutes and costs roughly $18.
Valet services available, including pickup and drop off at the airport or any other location.
Parking at the Palm Beach Hotel requires a parking placard. After checking in, you can retrieve the placard from the Frontdesk, hang it on your rearview mirror while re-parking your car 3 short blocks north of Sunrise Avenue along either Bradley Place or N. County Road where the signs are posted for 2-hour parking.
Your placard is NOT assigned to Permit Parking along Seminole and the other side streets and it is not for the 2-hour spaces next to Chase Bank. It's only for those regions 3 short blocks north of Sunrise Avenue and only along N. County and Bradley Place where the 2-hour parking spaces begin.
Parking in front of the hotel is limited to one hour between 9 AM and 6 PM daily.
Tip: if you happen to arrive around 6 PM, you can park your car in front of the hotel and leave it overnight until 10 AM the next morning. This can be done without a placard. Please move your car by 10 AM or risk getting ticketed with a $50 fine.
Please remember to return your parking placard to the Frontdesk. You may incur a $50 replacement fee if the placard is lost.

Overall good except the carpet was in bad need of replacement and stained. Bring slippers!
The check in process was easy the apartment was small, nice and clean. No issue. The location was perfect right by the beach eatery right in front of apartment. The staff was also amazing. My only small concern is replacement of the shower curtains I saw red stains on them I pray it wasn't dried blood, the kitchen drain need replacement, and soap dispenser was low someone fill with water, air plug in low, and no extra trash bags especially since you ha
We have stayed at this location before and will return in the future because of location and convenience. Multiple owners in the same historic building. You can walk to beach, restaurants, and shopping. If you are willing, it is a nice walk across the intercoastal bridge to more restaurant and shopping options. If not, hang out in the court yard by the pool. Shade and sun seating.
Cozy, comfortable and meticulously clean little apartment in a very stylish old hotel building. A number of upscale restaurants within easy walking distance. Public beach access at the end of Sunset (not Sunrise!). Do yourself a favor - rent a bike and ride the lake trail. It’s beautiful.
