Tropical Coquina Cove Studio #5—Cozy Hideaway w/ Heated Pool, Walkable Beach Access & Resort Vibes

Overall this place was great, I would definitely stay here again. Pros: It was quiet and cozy, with only like 6 units? The heated pool was so warm and amazing; there was adequate number of padded loungers and tables and 2 large umbrellas. There's and outdoor propane grill and an outdoor dining area. Grounds were clean and well maintained. Each room came with a beach cart and everything you need for a beach day - chairs, umbrella and a mini cooler! Each room has a nice outside seating area. The updated room interior in unit 5 was nicely done, a few areas of wear and tear. There is a free onsite washer and dryer available. I also loved the cute hanging chair outside of my room, it was fun to hang out and read there. Unit 5 is the most private but with not much pool view. I loved the privacy provided by the landscaping and overhead coverage during the rain. Cons: The pillows were not comfortable. The lighting in the bedroom and closet area is poor. There was a nice closet space with suitcase stand, but no overhead light and even with the overhead light on in the bedroom it was still too dark to see in my suitcase very well. The headboard has 2 attached reading lights - one side didn't work and the other was very dim. I had enough towels because I was staying alone, but it would've been a bit sparse for 2 people in this studio. My coffee maker did not work properly. The closest outlet to the bed is on the adjacent wall on only one side, so bring a long cord.

Quiet

I didn't mind it being a studio at all. The kitchen felt like it was in a separate room. Plus the proximity to the pool (a few steps out your door), comfy lounge chairs and then a 5 min walk to the beach, made it so I wasn't in my room much.

Excellent location

We loved our stay. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Clean and new. Great pool and lovely atmosphere.

This Virbo was perfect for my stay. It smelled clean and looked presentable as soon as I walked in. There is ample seating outside even a cool egg chair. I enjoyed the pool days that it was not overtaken by kids. It provides all the amenities to be able to cook and save money. Indian rocks beach is the nicest beach I've been to in Florida. SO PEACEFUL not all the chaos of Clearwater. Straight down the road. My only regret is that I did not stay longer!!

First time staying in Indian Rocks Beach and it did not disappoint. The space (room) provided was just enough for me and my fiancé. Unfortunately there isn’t anywhere to store clothes but we were okay with living out of our suitcase. The short distance to the beautiful beach, delicious coffee shops, and enjoyable restaurants made everything go smooth about the trip. The heated salt water pool was super relaxing and the property was always quiet. I will be staying here again! Recommendations: The Shalt Shack on the bay (Tampa, if you’re up for a drive) Sculleys (Treasure Island) Grove surf & Coffee & many more. Great first time!!

Everything was wonderful. Only thing I wish was different was having some space to store clothes. This place is one dresser away from a 10/10 rating

Great location, good amenities

This is my second time staying here. Very clean, well kept property. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to beach and restaurants.

Lovely, tropical, and serene. Very relaxing. Just disappointed that local channels/TV were not available. Yes, had roku TV however, local channels weren't available. i.e. unable to watch the grammys this past weekend, nor morning local news, wheel of fortune or jeopardy in the evenings. If want to watch super bowl this weekend you won't be able to, unless you have a way to get Fox channel yourself. When inquired to get, was informed that booking description did not say provide local stations. So just be aware if important to you. We bought an antenna, got ABC channel as our antenna went 30 air miles, you'll need an antenna that goes over 38 air miles if want to get NBC, CBS, etc.channelparamever,you don't have peacock(NBC

We loved staying here for our five night getaway as a couple. Although we couldn’t enjoy the porch or pool due to the weather, it is really beautiful! The pool and the grounds are exceptionally well kept. There was someone there everyday maintaining the outdoor areas. The place itself is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, although I probably wouldn’t stay here more than a week just because you have to live out of your suitcase as there is nowhere to put your clothes. There is a closet, but only a few hangars and only one luggage rack. I would absolutely recommend this place and would not hesitate to stay here again.

I was very pleased with our room and the pool area was perfect pool was clean and warm. Laundry was so easy too. Good restaurants all around

Great location - close to beach and restaurants! Loved having the pool on site. Hosts even left several coupons to local business, which we enjoyed. Unfortunately, hosts/management company were unresponsive to all communication attempts with questions we had during our week-long trip and several dishes in the cabinet were dirty when we arrived. Overall a good stay, though!
