Tribunali Trendy Apartment by Wonderful Italy

We stayed (couple) in early november. The flat is very central - about 10 minutes from Garibaldi central station. For 2 people it is comfortable enough and very clean. The irritating things were - the host insists on meeting you at the property, which creates an additional level of stress on arrival, especially as every phone call is routed through a central switchboard. There are a few irritating things about the property management; only 2 rolls of cheap toilet paper that soon ran out for 4 day stay. No oil, salt, pepper, vinegar or other kitchen basics were supplied which makes cooking difficult. We even had to buy a sharp knife (only table knives supplied). Be aware that the flat is up a warren of 5 flights of stairs, so if mobility is an issue this one isnt for you. Because of the central location there is a fair ammount of street noise, although this didnt go as much through the night.

This was a lower-mid price apartment so we were concerned it may not be very good. The location is good - a little bit busy and edgy but fine. When we arrived there were no signs to reassure us we were in the right place and the person who checked us in was a bit late, so this didn't help. There's no lift, so 5 flights of stone steps was hard work. The kitchen equipment was basic, there was no washing up liquid and the hot water was erratic, but it was OK. It would be a squash with 4 people, but doable. The great thing about this apartment is the design and decor - they're fabulous and a joy to be in! If you go with the right expectations, it's a great stay!!

The apartment is very new and modern, well placed and communication with the owner is correct. Two problems 1) the water in the shower is either ice cold or lava hot, which make very long and difficult to take a shower (can be fix probably) 2) the systems from the door is biping all the time, also during the night, our door but the neighbours' doors too. Bip-bip-bip-bip... Very annoying.

The location of department is simply amazing but two steps out the door you can be in the hustle and bustle of the city with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby walking distance to the main train station and everything you need there. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. The only recommendation I could have is that the kitchen is desperately needing some dishes. There was a lack of cups, bowls etc. We ended up drinking coffee out of a jar that we had brought with us, not ideal. But otherwise, we loved our stay and we would come back again anytime.
