Kitchen equipment: Fridge, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, capsule coffee maker, and full kitchenware. A welcome pack is included (mineral water, coffee capsules, tea, sugar, and chocolates).

We provide full bed linen, bath towels, a hairdryer, toiletries, and a first aid kit.
Mid-stay cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels for stays longer than 7 nights. (It is the guests' responsibility to maintain cleanliness; the mid-stay cleaning we offer is a courtesy clean of up to 1 hour maximum, and under no circumstances is it a deep clean).
Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.


Surroundings and Parking


Situated at Avenida Rafael Cabrera No. 16, the main artery of the Triana neighborhood connecting the Pérez Galdós Theater with San Telmo Park. You will be very close to the San Telmo bus station (estación de guaguas), which is perfect for easily traveling to and discovering any part of the island. You will also be just a few steps away from the historic center (Vegueta), Casa de Colón, Santa Ana Cathedral, and streets full of shops and restaurants. Las Alcaravaneras beach is only 3 km away.
Right in front of the building, you will find a large paid parking lot, providing a very convenient option for parking your vehicle during your stay.


Access and Reception


To guarantee maximum flexibility upon your arrival, we have a self-check-in system (access to the accommodation is via a web link the first time). Once inside the apartment, you will find the physical keys to use for the rest of your stay. Detailed entry instructions will be sent on the morning of your arrival day.
