Trevi Fountain Luxury Apartment

There Apartment should not be called Luxury. It was far from it, except its price, it was expensive. It was good to be close to the Trevi Fountain. Besides nothing special. One bedroom was nice, but the other one, small and below average. When we arrived the Appartment was freezing cold. When we wanted to heat it the fuses went off. The showers are so small you can't bend down without opening the door. No hook for hanging clothes in the bathroom :(

Excellent location and within walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps and many important sites in Rome. Supermarket less than a block away. The apartment was very comfortable and the check-in and out was easy. The property management helpful and responsive, Elevator helpful with luggage.

The apartment has great charm and is in a great location. The apartment needs a little bit of love and care, some lightbulbs were burned out or missing. Towel bars or towel racks in the bathroom would be a great addition and greatly add to the experience as there was a very limited supply of towels and the few we had never dried. The location is unbeatable and I would strongly recommend the property.

The apartment was very spacious. The second bedroom was small and sparsely decorated and the bed wasn’t great. A little rustic but absolutely worth it because we couldn’t have asked for a better location. It truly is steps to the Trevi Fountain! We walked to so many wonderful places because of our location.

This apartment is perfect for a family of four! Location is wonderful. Easy walking to the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and Spanish Steps. Would be walkable to the Colosseum as well. Otherwise, only 5 minutes away from the closest metro station which is easy to navigate. The apartment is on the fourth floor but there is an elevator which is nice at the end of a long day. Check in was very easy. Apartment was clean and comfortable. There is a grocery store right down the street to pick up snacks and items to make breakfast in the kitchen. The only downside is that there is no dryer so clothes do airdry. But they have a drying stand, heaters, and a fan so it wasn't too long before laundry was ready. We would absolutely choose this apartment again if staying in Rome!

What a perfect location! We loved the apartment and the walking distance to everything!! Carlotta was amazing!! So easy to check in!! We would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. In the heat of summer, we appreciated the AC. Very centrally located to tourists sites. Would stay there again.

Very good apartment, great location, clean, and I highly recommend. Air conditioner and kitchen work and the owner was always very helpful.

Overall good stay in nice apartment/location. It was very hot during our stay. The a/c units did a good job in the bedrooms but the one in the main room didn't seem to be functioning properly and despite keeping lights off and drapes closed it stayed uncomfortably warm in that area. The property manager was responsive and brought a fan the last day of our stay. The location and size of the apartment were great for our multiple day visit with 4 adults.

Central to tourist attractions, metro and bus connections. 4th floor with elevator. Lots of restaurants around, good food. Carlotta met us as scheduled and showed us into the apartment. Smaller than it looks in pictures but that’s normal. 2nd bed and bath really small. Good living room layout with comfortable seating for four. We recommend this place but with caveats. VRBO’s in our experience are generally better equipped than the other guys. The kitchen here had minimal utensils (4 of everything like glasses, plates, etc.) but enough. But no salt, pepper, oil, coffee, coffee maker (except a broken moka maker). Did have an electric kettle so we bought instant coffee. But with just a few condiments it could have been much nicer. And the only time we texted with a question we never heard back, a little disappointing. But overall I would stay again - nice small grocery store right across the street with a wide variety of stuff. Another just around the corner that had a selection of liquor. And don’t miss the torta al cioccoloto at the Osteria del Gusto!
