TREVI FOUNTAIN 3 BEDROOM APARTMENT PRESTIGIOUS.

We had difficulty during the check in process with the app (it just spun in circles but never fully connected) which caused us to wait outside with our suitcases until someone finally left the building and let us in about 30-40 minutes later. I tried contacting the host several times, but didn’t get a response until after we got in. That said…the host needs to have a backup for these types of situations (e.g. leaving a key with a nearby store owner). Once we got in and got the physical keys, the entry process was fine from that point forward.The unit itself was clean and very spacious for Europe. We were a bit cold on the first day since the furnaces take a long time to warm up, but we’re OK once the weather got warmer, as it was unseasonably cold the first few days of our trip. We liked the location of the apartment and the elevator worked well, which was helpful with our luggage.The host left a booklet with good restaurant recommendations. Although there were plenty to choose from within walking distance.

Very central location.Process for opening the door to the suite was a little complicated but manageable.

We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment! It was clean and very spacious for four people. The location is excellent - so convenient to walk to Trevi, Spanish steps, Pantheon, and a close metro stop (Barberini). A must eat at restaurant right next door to the building is Colline Emiliane. And, our host, Germana, was very informative and communicative with any issues. We will definitely stay there again!

Excellent location and property is as described. It is very spacious. Check in was easy using the app and code on the door. Property manager was responsive with questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Loved the area and ease of walking, metro and taxi availability. Great space for 5 friends/family with a large living area where we enjoyed lunch every day after long, hot morning tours. AC worked well.

Great apartment within walking distance to most major attractions such as the Colosseum, Forum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps. Vatican city was a quick Subway ride with the station about a minute away from the property.Host was proactive in communications, arranged transportation from the airport to the apartment, and made access to the property very easy. This all makde for a stress free stay.The only negative of the property, and this is not the fault of the host, was the swifts that nested outside by the back bedroom. They made a lot of noise starting at 5:30am each morning but this did have us up early and ready to see the sights before the heat of the mid day sun kicked in.Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Rome.

Excellent location, ride service is very convenient, check in is difficult, no cell service by the door and need it to get in luckily someone came out and let us in. Got upstairs and used code to enter apt, then used key for lower door during stay. Furnishings are different than the pictures. Wasn't enough blankets for all the beds. Overall enjoyed out stay and would stay here again.

The first time driving in Rome, so it was a little intimidating as we pulled into the small street the apartment is on. The garage is very close and friendly. We found the apartment per the directions, what a great central location! I would highly recommend staying here!

The apartment was clean and spacious with all the amenities you need. It was just a couple of blocks from the Trevi Fountain! The elevator worked well.When we arrived we were exhausted from traveling and didn't notice the room with twin beds was actually a trundle bed . There were no sheets on one wersheets

Spacious and comfortable, in the perfect location!

Nice clean modern apartment in a great location. There was a lift to the 4th floor which was very handy to have. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. The only one complaint was the large TV in the living room. We could never get it to work and there was no response from the host on how to remedy the problem. Small glitch but still annoying.

Host uses a wireless check-in procedure that doesn’t work in the narrow alleyway surrounded by tall buildings. Sometimes there is no reception; this is a fact. It took us about 25 minutes of running to a nearby hotel that graciously gave us their password to connect then opening the building door from there….No coffee machine as mid-advertised and shown in the picture (but there were still instructions on the wall on how to use the non-existent machine. Four bottles of balsamic vinegar, no oil to cook with. No spatula to flip eggs or pancakes.Host needs to meet people in person - or try another business.

4th floor with tiny elevator. Only 2 can ride at a time. Dining area was roomy, but dining table was not one in the pictures. It’s an old unlevel wood table with an old tablecloth. Bathrooms far too small. No shelf in either shower to set soap or shampoo. Host only provided 1 bath towel per person for an 8 night stay. We had to purchase our own garbage bags and toilet paper, as well as coffee. Host provided coffee , but not enough to last even 2 days. Same with toilet paper. Host told us to wash our towels, but there is no dryer in apartment and it rained everyday. Vacations are not for doing laundry or shopping for necessities that should have been provided. Pillow in one of the beds was so hard that it hurt our ears every night. Luckily we spent as little time at the VRBO as possible. Bottom line: Loved Rome. Disappointed in our accommodations.

Spacious apartment in great location which had 4 separate beds in 3 bedrooms which was what was required by us. Very good find.

Perfect location all touring sites were within walking distance including plenty of restaurant choices. American Breakfast offered at some locations. Supermarkets are just a few blocks away offering many items. Pharmacy’s and Cafe Bars. It’s a great place for that home away from home feeling.

The location of this property was good for exploring Rome. It's proximity to buses and the Metro had it easy to get around the city. A couple of things that might be helpful for future travelers: - The transportation service from the airport was perfect for our group of five. It was nice to have someone pick us up from the airport and drop us off directly in front of the apartment building. - The beds at this location are not very comfortable. You could feel the springs poking through one of the queen beds. - Due to the age of the building and its location, it can get quite noisy from the people outside and garbage trucks coming through at night. Ear plugs were a must! - We had a minor problem with communication around early check-in. We arranged to have an early check-in and were only informed it was no longer available after I reached out the day before we arrived for final details about the transportation service. We were refunded the early check-in fee and everything worked out, but it would have been quite a shock if we had shown up expecting to have an early check-in and then informed we couldn't get in.

This place was perfect for walking to local restaurants & sites that we wanted to see

The apartment is very large and the bedrooms and living area are plenty large for at least 6. There is a washer, but no dryer- only an outdoor line outside one of the bathroom windows. 3rd bedroom has no AC, only a fan. Internet is needed to enter front building door. We had to message the owner to get someone to automatically open that door for us. Keys inside were useful for the rest of the trip. Only hiccup was our driver from the port to our airport hotel was not ever assigned by the owner. Not a good ending to our trip and cruise. Owner should give contact info for drivers, or at least the driver company name if problems arise. More towels and extra sheets would have been nice. The apartment looks as pictured except for the horrible black throws that were placed over the sofas. The elevator is tiny and we had to send up the bags separately before adults could use the elevator, but the building is from the 1800's.

The apartment was perfect for our family group of 5. It was very spacious with great windows and was well stocked. The location was perfect. Walking distance to Trevi Fountain, restaurants, shops and museums. Our host was very responsive and checked on us after we arrived.

Our stay at Trevi Apartment 3 Bedroom Prestigious was excellent. Host Germana was easy to communicate with and accommodation was clean and very comfortable. Will definitely recommend

The apartment is close to both a Metro stop and the Barbarini Hop on Hop off bus stop. This made getting around to see the sights super easy. There are dozens of resturants within easy walking distance as well as a market nearby. The apartment has all the comforts of ho.e

After figuring out how to enter the unit everything was fantastic. Could have use a second key since we would divide up occasionally. Unit is located close to the action and was larger than expected. Pick up to and from airport was a bonus. Well stocked kitchen.

Loved everything about it Vrbo. Party of 5 adults. Living area very comfortable for all of us. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths worked out well. Really appreciated the air conditioning. The location was great. Restaurants and shops all around. Easy access to the hop on hop off bus. Loved everything about it. Would stay here again.
