Stayed Mar 29, 2024This property was pretty clean, secure and in a nice area within walking distance to metro, dining, shopping and anything you could want or need. Concierge staff was very helpful and friendly. The listing did say two queen beds but that was not the case when we arrived. We got one queen and two twin beds which was okay for us because our daughters were able to sleep separately instead of same bed; however, if we had brought the fourth adult like we had planned, it would have been inconvenient/annoying for one adult couple to have to sleep apart. The child can always sleep on the couch if bedding is brought along and they can sleep through noise and others moving around. The neighborhood is not quiet at night with other apartments very close by and the police station across the street. Several late nights of loud screaming outside and of course police sirens but the building owner can’t help that. Just know it is not quiet here at night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this friendly town and would likely go back. The only complaint we have is that in order to check in, they require you to send a picture of the front and back of your credit card via email. This is not a secure network even though they pretend it is and their staff assured us when calling more than a week in advance of our scheduled arrival that we would simply be able to show the card upon arrival at the front desk, then threatened morning of arrival cancel reservation without photos being sent immediately.

Stayed Nov 21, 2023Through vrbo, we booked the bethesda property. Apparently, the property is owned or controlled by global luxury suites. Upon arriving at the property, we were informed that global luxury suites double booked. Global luxury suites solution was to put us in property located in a gentrifying neighborhood located in inner DC. The DC property was noisy and edgy. We literally heard sirens every 10 minutes 24/7, no exaggeration. The property did not offer onsite parking. We parked on the street while researching the best parking options. The car was on the street for less than 2 hours before it was vandalized. On the flip side, Bethesda is a quiet and upscale suburb of DC that also offers onsite parking. Additionally, global luxury suite is trying to charge us the same rate for the DC property as what is charged for Bethesda. Clearly, the DC property is not billed at the same rate as Bethesda. The cherry on top is global luxury suite just charged my card for parking in Bethesda. It is my plan to work with vrbo to recoup some cash. I also think vrbo should rethink its relationship with global luxury suites.

Stayed Oct 27, 2023We spent 5 days in Bethesda while visiting family. The layout of the apartment was perfect - and couldn't have been cleaner. We had a delay in our check-in, but were given a later checkout to thank us for the inconvenience. The kitchen of this apartment was very well equpped- we were even able to host some family for dinner one evening. The washer and dryer are such a plus for travelers. The neighborhood is very walkable; we were able to walk to dinner just 2 blocks from our building, and there are 2 grocery stores within a five-minute walk, as well as many restaurants, shops and a pharmacy. This is our third stay in this building, and we plan to stay again. Thank you

Stayed Aug 5, 2023We rented a 2 bedroom with 1K and 2Q beds — we got a 2 bedroom with 1Q and 2 twins. The hot water didn’t work and took 3 days to fix. The management team was impossible to deal with and promised to move us, then couldn’t. Following that, they said a partial refund would offered, but have now gone silent with no resolution as of yet. Others in the building told us since Global Luxury has taken over management — everything has been terrible.

Stayed Feb 22, 2023Very nice studio room with all the amenities you find only at home, and a nice private outdoor seating area. I would stay here again no questions asked. The pool and beach were within a one minute walk through the courtyard. A clean, well kept & updated accomodation!

Stayed May 1, 2022The building and apartment were amazing! We loved the sleek, modern look, the amenities up on the pool deck, the friendly concierges, the gym. The location was perfect for us: easily walkable to so many restaurants and shops and a park. The only real problem was the management company. We couldn't get answers to simple questions, or received conflicting answers. Reserving and paying was a chore because of all the paperwork (a full lease agreement, online, that had to be done twice). Everyone was nice (well, except for one guy), but they need help to streamline the rental process. I was hoping for a VRBO rental from a homeowner, but instead had to deal with a large, multinational corporation. Ultimately we are glad we stayed at the apartment because it worked really well for us, but what a lot of effort to make it happen! The ugly part was the mold on the ceiling of our balcony. Hopefully they'll take care of that.

Stayed Aug 2, 2020It was a good property for what we were looking for. We have young kids and needed a washer/dryer and kitchen. It was walkable to pretty much everything we needed - even a park for the kids.
