The safe is broken, the router is sitting openly on the floor, no laundry detergent provided, the sofa was broken and the pillows on it were in the way…..not comfortable or useable. No privacy curtains in the living room. The room is well designed with lots of potential but just ruined somewhat by sloppy maintenance and quality control.
