Stayed Apr 3, 2019Did not like: the apartment is next to the homeless shelter, they use the alley where you park as their personal restroom, GROSS. Also, they have a sky window that lets in A LOT of light as soon as the sun comes up. Problem, this is directly over the BED. Yes a huge ceiling window over your bed, Good luck sleeping in! Also, NO MIRRORS!! Yes, they only have one tiny mirror over the sink, my husband and I were fighting over it the whole time, so annoying. There are many spaces on the wall for a mirror, such a HUGE MISS!! The furniture is super uncomfortable--the leather sofa in the LR is terrible, the chairs in the dining room are metal and uncomfortable to sit in! We stayed here 10 days, not a comfortable place to stay in that long. would have been better for a short weekend stay. Also, did I mention how TINY the bathroom is. you cannot sit on toilet and shut the door at the same time! They also had no elevator, so you have to lug you 35-50 lb bags up 3 flights of stairs. There is NO W/D in the apartment like I originally thought! Currently there is construction going on around the apartment, so you will hear that. You will also hear the homeless outside all day as well as the loud music from the bars that are around. Liked: great location, so close to everything. They had some really great free snacks and coffee.

Stayed Sep 21, 2019Such a cute place to stay. We loved it! The beds (including pull out couch) were very comfortable. And the hosts offered everything you could need from snacks and coffee to an iron and hair dryer. Very well thought out. The location couldn't be better. We walked everywhere! And we loved the bottomless mimosas at The Lobby. One thing to note: the traffic is loud and there are lots of sirens...if you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs.

Stayed Aug 31, 2019Great place once you get inside. Great place to eat next door. Super tight parking. Walk from gated parking to gated property was sketchy at night, with lots of homeless people in the alley. Three flights of stairs to get to unit entry. Great distillery & brew pubs right across the street. Easy walk to Union Station which has great restaurants.

Stayed Jun 17, 2019We loved our stay in this loft. It was exceptionally clean and had all we needed, plus we loved the decor and photos of historic Denver. Taylor, the owner, was very easy to reach, responsive and accommodating. It was a perfect location for walking to The Ellie Caulkins Opera House for a concert. We will rent again for sure.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is a super cute loft that is convenient to Coors Field and an abundance of bars and restaurants. The only concern we had was the homeless shelter across the street. We never felt unsafe but several of them sitting on the sidewalks to walk through to get to our destination. Also since marijuana use legal in CO did see some open use to walk through. Just wasn’t sure of their state of minds. Found lots of trash in alley from the dumpsters we had to walk through. Check in process was confusing to us but figured out parking was across the alley not directly behind the building. Building and parking lot very secure. Overall it was a nice place to stay and would recommend for others.
