Situated on the north pier of the OstseeResort Olpenitz, on a narrow spit of land in the middle of the Baltic Sea, this special holiday property is surrounded by water.



The holiday apartment impresses with its breathtaking views over the marina, the Schleimündung estuary and the Baltic Sea, while the staggeredfloor with its large sun terrace offers the opportunity to linger over harbour cinema and waves. Equipped with a sauna, two wood-burning stoves and a bathtub, this holiday apartment offers dream times at any time of year. The interior design of this holiday apartment is natural and clear, deliberately simple with natural materials, clear shapes and muted colours.



The spacious and light-flooded living/dining area is the centrepiece of the holiday apartment and impresses with floor-to-ceiling windows, a cosy seating area and a large dining table, all set against a unique water backdrop. The open-plan kitchen offers everything a cook's heart desires in terms of high-quality technology and equipment.



Two bedrooms offer space for up to four adults. The comfortable sofa bed on the top floor sleeps two more.

In addition to a floor-level shower, the main bathroom also offers a personal spa programme, as the large Finnish sauna ensures moments of wellness.

Another bathroom offers the luxury of a bathtub.



A staircase leads up to the staggered storey, which offers additional living space. Through the glass window front, you can enjoy the breathtaking view over the large terrace to the sailing and sports boat harbour of the Baltic Sea resort, the Schlei, its estuary into the Baltic Sea and the Schleimünde lighthouse. The penthouse invites you to linger with a comfortable seating area in front of a crackling open fire. The large sun terrace, which wraps around three sides, offers all-day sunshine and spectacular views of the waves, the expanse and the resort - everything your holiday heart desires.



Two car parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.



Our favourite spot: Whether on a balmy summer evening on the terrace or on a gloomy November day in front of a crackling open fire, the top floor with its spectacular view is our highlight at any time of year.



The Traumzeit holiday apartment on the Baltic Sea is located on the first and second floors.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
