Overview:
This darling miniature basement studio apartment in the heart of downtown is VERY SMALL with only 400 sq. feet. It is in the basement of a "mixed-use" building with a dental office on the main floor and an architectural firm on the top floor. The dental office is open Monday-Friday (7:00 am - 5:00 pm). You will hear noises from the dental office during this time. Nothing too loud. I provide white noise machines and earplugs in all of my apartments if this is an issue for you. However, you will find it to be cozy, complete, and very clean. In the beginning of May 2017 it underwent a new remodel including new flooring, paint, artwork, and an extremely comfortable new queen bed. There's also a sofa sleeper for an extra guest. The small bathroom does have a full tub\shower with unlimited hot water. This unit is professionally cleaned by a local cleaning service and is well-maintained.
As the photos illustrate there are 3 large windows (with no views however) giving plenty of light. It is nothing like a traditional cold, dark, and dingy basement. Enjoy feet-warming heated floors. AC is not included, but rarely needed. It does come with a nice fan to circulate air and create "white noise" if desired.
The kitchen area is complete with a full-size stove and fridge. It has a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and everything you need to create your favorite meal (pots, pans, and cooking utensils). It does not have a dishwasher.
Parking: For those of you who have driven to Jackson before, know that parking close to downtown can be a challenge and a real headache. Problem solved! There is free parking in the parking lot behind the building so you can leave your vehicle in a safe location as you stroll on foot around Jackson. Regular sized vehicles only- no trailers. Upon your stay, you will quickly recognize the value of this coveted downtown parking. If you do not have a car this apartment is close to the bus stop and taxi station. Again, this unit is ideal for those wanting to walk and enjoy downtown Jackson.
Outdoor exterior stairs give access to this unit. See photos.

Yummy: I hope you will take advantage of our local favorite "Persephone" bakery shop one-half block away. The luring aroma of their exquisite pastries and treats will leave you anticipating your return. Their delightful breakfast is a great way to start the day.
There is a plethora of fine dining and wonderful restaurants within short walking distance.

Loved everything about it....price, location and the end to end process. We will be back! Thanks for everything Holly!
We loved the location of the studio. We could walk just a few blocks each evening to grab food and drinks after long hiking days in the park. Note that there are no vents in the studio - heating is in the floor - so air movement is nonexistent. We had to keep 2 of the 4 windows open non-stop - both for air flow and to cool the place down. Even with the heat turned off and outside temps low it was extremely warm down there. We were fortunate to be an end unit with extra windows. Also note there are 5-6 units in the downstairs of the building - they all share one washer/dryer. There was no issue when we needed it luckily. Also, parking was great in the evening but during office hours (like when we arrived) the lot is basically reserved/full. We did luck into street parking after a loop or two around the block. Overall a decent place for Jackson. The lack of air flow was our biggest issue.
Everything from the moment we secured our reservation to the moment we checked out was spot on. The location, the cleanliness, the cuteness, the communcation with the property manager, was very professional and left nothing to be questioned or desired. Everythiing was just as described. Thank you for a lovely weeekend.
Nice place in walking distance tosquare
Great
Absolutely loved our trip to Jackson and this apartment was perfect. We were able to walk to the rodeo as well as all of our dinners in downtown. 100% recommend!
We enjoyed our stay in this unit and would recommend to others! The location is convenient, the check-in/check-out process was easy and the unit was found in clean condition.
Clean, comfortable, well appointed. Great location! A little noisy at times, and I'd be a little nervous about renting in late July/August because of lack of A/C, but otherwise, nearly perfect! Would stay again.
Everything within walking distance. Very clean property. Bathroom needs update.
The location is about as good as you can get, so you don't have to drive in that crazy busy area. Our challenge was while on our vacation, my husband herniated a disc (unrelated to the accommodation). He was on crutches but could make the stairs ok since he is a pro crutch user. We never anticipated his injury when booking, but you have to roll with the punches. The bed was very comfortable for him to rest his back when needed.
This apartment is in a great location right in downtown Jackson! Very clean! It is very small as the listing says but Holly has done a great job maximizing the functionality of the space so it has everything you could need! The dental office upstairs is very noisy but it’s during the day and we were gone most of the time during the day. We had no issues with the stairs, parking or the washer/dryer. I would definitely recommend this apartment if you’re traveling to Jackson.
The apartment was in a perfect location and was so cozy!
My husband and I spent a week in Jackson Hole doing all sorts of outdoor activities, exploring town, etc. This was our first time in Jackson and we had a blast. We worked remotely for 4 days and had no issues with the wifi, even when we were both on Zoom calls. The location was amazing, just steps from downtown Jackson!
Walking distance to the heart of Jackson! It was perfect. Would definitely stay again.
Hubby and I wanted to do a quick holiday getaway and this apartment checked all the boxes. We cooked almost every meal there and it was warm and cozy. Stairs and sidewalk were always cleared of ice and snow. Easy walking distance to Town Square to enjoy all the shops. Would definitely stay here again!
Would rent again
Everything was as advertised. There was some noise in the morning just as disclosed but bearable. Great location and aces to the town. I'd stay there again.
Very clean, well maintained, comfortable bed.
