Overview:
This darling miniature basement studio apartment in the heart of downtown is VERY SMALL with only 400 sq. feet. It is in the basement of a "mixed-use" building with a dental office on the main floor and an architectural firm on the top floor. The dental office is open Monday-Friday (7:00 am - 5:00 pm). You will hear noises from the dental office during this time. Nothing too loud. I provide white noise machines and earplugs in all of my apartments if this is an issue for you. However, you will find it to be cozy, complete, and very clean. In the beginning of June 2016 it underwent a new remodel including new flooring, paint, artwork, and an extremely comfortable new queen bed. There's also a futon bed\couch for one adult or two children. The small bathroom does have a full tub\shower with unlimited hot water. This unit is professionally cleaned by a local cleaning service and is well-maintained.
As the photos illustrate there are 2 large windows (with no views however) giving plenty of light. It is nothing like a traditional cold, dark, and dingy basement. Enjoy feet-warming heated floors. AC is not included, but rarely needed. It does come with a nice fan to circulate air and create "white noise" if desired.
The kitchen area is complete with a full-size stove and fridge. It has a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and everything you need to create your favorite meal (pots, pans, and cooking utensils). It does not have a dishwasher.
Parking: For those of you who have driven to Jackson before, know that parking close to downtown can be a challenge and a real headache. Problem solved! There is free parking in the parking lot behind the building, so you can leave your vehicle in a safe location as you stroll on foot around Jackson. Regular sized vehicles only- no vehicles with trailers. Upon your stay, you will quickly recognize the value of this coveted downtown parking. If you do not have a car this apartment is close to the bus stop and taxi station. Again, this unit is ideal for those wanting to walk and enjoy downtown Jackson.

Yummy: I hope you will take advantage of our local favorite "Persephone" bakery shop one-half block away. The luring aroma of their exquisite pastries and treats will leave you anticipating your return. Their delightful breakfast is a great way to start the day.
There is a plethora of fine dining and wonderful restaurants within short walking distance.

The apartments were PERFECT for our large group. Each couple had their own apartment and the location couldn't have been more perfect. We walked to shopping and restaurants daily. The apartments were well equipped and clean. I would definitely recommend!
This little studio was just perfect for me. It had everything I needed. It was a short 10 minute walk to my son and daughter in laws house where I got to be with my New grand daughter, which was great! I couldn't get the Netflix to work, but other than that, it really was a lovely place. I will definitely stay there again.
The unit was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient to downtown. The parking lot was full certain times during the day. It appeared visitors to town would park and walk to the shops. Other than that it was excellent and we will stay there again next year.
The apartment is nice. I recommend setting an alarm if you want to wake up early because it takes it longer to get brighter in there since it’s a basement apartment. I do not think that it could be in a better location.
This was such a nice place to stay in Jackson. The building was beautiful in a quiet area, yet it was in waking distance to all the downtown shops and restaurants. The apartment itself had everything you needed. They even provided ice chest for your day trips in the Tetons. Don’t worry about packing shampoo, soap, or washing detergent. They provide it all! We loved it here!
The property was fantastic! Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Holly was easy to contact and communicate with. Location is so great. Wish I could have stayed longer!!

This space is perfect for 2 guests! It is very cute, extremely clean, incredibly comfortable, and delightfully situated in the center of Jackson Hole! Just wonderful!
My wife and I stayed in this apartment at the beginning of May, 2023, and it was perfect. It is just the right size for two people and what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook, and includes a microwave, a toaster, and a coffee maker as well as a full-size fridge. There is no dishwasher but we ate most of our meals out. She also has a tower fan and a white noise machine in the apartment if you need it. We ran the white noise machine just to reduce the noise from the dentist office upstairs, but honestly we didn’t hear it very much at all. Another nice thing about the unit is that it’s on the back of the building facing away from the main road, so it is very quiet. And even though it’s a basement apartment there are two windows that provide natural light. The queen size bed is very comfortable, and there are plenty of towels and blankets and pillows if you need them. Again, did I mention that this was perfect? The absolute best part was the location. We were one block from a wonderful bakery and two blocks from the very center of Jackson. We walked to shopping, to restaurants, and the bars with ease. Even though it was this close to town it was quiet. A perfect combination. Thank you Holly for making these units available to us travelers. We will definitely recommend your apartments to anybody visiting the area.

The apartment was well suited for our few days of skiing and snowmobiling. It was also a great location and nice town. We were walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops which was a nice way to end the day. The kitchen was well stocked to cook breakfast each morning. Holly was extremely responsive. My only recommendation would be to have a little vacuum to clean up the salt that was unavoidably tracked in from the outside stairs. Also we could have used extra towels and washcloths since we did not have time to do laundry. But overall it met our needs for the three of us.
Clean, very comfortable, and conveniently located. On-site laundry is a plus!
This apartment was perfect for our short stay. It's great to be able to walk right down town and get dinner. It's also very easy to get to GTNP from there. We had to sleep with some windows open to cool it off but it wasn't a big deal. Will certainly stay here again

We loved staying here. The apartment was the perfect size and location for us…right within walking distant to downtown Jackson. I missed reading about the dentist above the apartment (they arrive about about 7 am), but no worries as Holly has supplied ear plugs and sound machine if you need. We didn’t need either and had very restful sleeps. Thanks Holly!!!! PS maybe the addition of a couple of ice trays would be nice, but otherwise you have thought of everything.

This was a fantastic spot right in downtown Jackson. The location is pretty much unbeatable and the apartment has everything you need for your stay in town!
This is a nice, comfortable studio located just one block off the square. The kitchen is complete and has everything we needed. The dental office upstairs starts at 7am, but didn't bother us at all. The only surprise was the laundry is a shared coin operated washer/dryer down the hall. Not a big deal, but the description led us to believe it was in the unit. Bring quarters.
