We are a group of nine 1-bedroom apartments inside a newly built thirty 1-bedroom apartment building (August, 2024). The nine units are designated as tourist homes licensed by the city of Richmond. It's off I-64 exit 193a, in a quiet and upcoming new development residential area. A short walk to the newly built Bon Secours Hospital Complex, it is less than 2 miles drive to the Richmond downtown area, home to many museums, events and conferences, and of course, popular restaurants and bars. r>
The 1-bedroom apartment includes a set of washer and dryer, a pullout sofa bed, a full kitchen and 2 TVs. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Our default rate is set up for 2 people staying. We rely on your honesty by entering the correct number of staying guests. There is $30 per additional person per night after 2. Please enter the correct number of staying and paying occupants. There will be $20 penalty per extra person per night if found out for cheating the number of staying guests in addition to being billed for the regular extra people nightly rates. . You need a code to enter the building, then another code to enter your apartment.. It has easy access to I-64 (less than a mile), and close to the Richmond downtown area.
