Torremolinos: Residential flat

Had an amazing 5 weeks in this apartment it was home from home and had everything you could want. Teresa was an amazing host was there to welcome us and went through everything in detail to ensure our stay was perfect. The apartment was in an ideal location, so near to the promenade and beach. Will definitely come back for another break.

Cant fault property or host, great location on the quieter / family end of the beach but 3 / 5 mins walk and you arrive at breach, short twxi to harbour, bus also stops virtually outside and bars. Everyone enjoyed the holiday. Thank you Teresa

Nice spacious apartment. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Double shower in the ensuite room. The third bedroom with a single bed is located away from the other two rooms. This may cause arguments between children. A single adults would like this I suspect. The apartment sits on the 8th floor and there are two small lifts which will fit three people in each. The apartment has very good aircon. Its a 3 minute walk to the main pool and there was plenty of grassed area for sunbathing Sunbeds are 1 euro per day. 5 minute walk to the beach. 35 minute walk to the main town, up the steps. Lovely area. Parking is very difficult to find. There are spaces on the Playamar complex but these are rarely available. On street parking is also difficult to find. A good sized supermarket is across the road. We had a lovely holiday and we'd be happy to return.

I started to write a review, but there is a limit of 1500 characters... I need to be short this time. 1) Location - 5 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes from the airport, shops and other places just around the corner. Absolutely fantastic. 2) Surroundings - nice park inside the gated community with playgrounds etc. Pool is exceptional with lifeguards on duty. There is also a restaurant inside the community, which is way better than the places on the beach etc. Good food, fast and nice service. 3) Rooms - all rooms were as described on the pictures. Yes, if I would life there, I would do some small repairs, but these were only visual things which we did not bother at all. All rooms are connected to a central AC which works really well. It has 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a small kitchen and a big livingroom/eating room. 4) Everything you need for home cooking is there. In addition you have a dishwasher and a washing machine in the kitchen. 5) If you want to spend time watching TV, there is a smart TV as well, but most of the time you'll be enjoying the beach or pool area. 6) Teresa is a brilliant host. All our questions were answered and the check-in/check-out process was a delight. If my friends or family would ask me where to stay in Torremolinos - I would definitely recommend this place. The price is also something that really makes this place stand out. If I should come back to Torremolinos, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had an amazing stay. Location, apartment and Teresa were truly outstanding plus Teresa went over and above to help with our needs, already looking to book next year.

Stayed here for the second time. Owner is nice and helpful and you can contact her easily. Apartment is clean and everything is as they should be, kitchen, bathrooms, TV, WIFI. Community has own pool, and it is big and not too crowded. Place is located just on the beach and only about 10min walk from center of Torremolinos. Mercadano is about 100m, and restaurants also in the same block. Great place, and we are going to visit there again.
