Very nice. Hosts were great.
We Stayed just for 1 night because I didnt want to get into the big hotel chains. Great old house. Loved the location and ease of getting to and from the house and to the beach.
We enjoyed our stay.
Top floor of a charming old house (vintage 1922, I believe), that's been appropriately updated, although renters should be aware that there is no dishwasher, and the laundry is shared with the other unit on lower floor. Neither issue was important to us. The Keurig machine is a big plus, and the kitchen is decently equipped. The two of us slept in the larger of two bedrooms, and the bed was very comfortable. Modern AC units were capable and quiet, at least for our visit in March (low 80's outside). Overall, very nice indeed! Would stay there again. :)
This property was so close to everything we wanted to visit. The weather was perfect, host was very responsive and friendly. The place was clean and super cute! The neighborhood was safe, friendly people everywhere we went. I plan on returning in the future!
A very nice place to stay. It was clean and the pictures are as they appeared online. As stated, this place was built in the 1920’s and it is NOT ADA compliant. If you cannot comfortably climb steps, this place is not for you. The steps are steep. The back bedroom has a window that allows a street light to shine in. The door lock to the front door is also “tricky”. The shower was really small too. Other than that, we liked it.
My mom and I stayed here for a few nights and had a wonderful time. Max and Elya were very communicative and friendly throughout the whole process. The first night we did attempt to do some laundry but the washer was not working properly. Max handled the situation very well, and we were satisfied. One thing to note, the shower is quite small. It was a little difficult to maneuver in there. But everything else was awesome! I'd definitely recommend this place.
Ely and Max were great and kept in touch to make sure everything was going well. The house is a very nice upgraded classic home and everything about it was welcoming. Beach and downtown eats were minutes away. Awesome location.
