This newly renovated 425 square feet of private space with a private entrance is in the lower level of 3 story home in a lovely neighborhood just minutes to downtown and the parkway. It has great views from the unit and from the front porch of the house. The space is very quiet, located on a wooded. secluded lot and offers a mountain country feel even though it is inside the city. The television comes with access to Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime.

Stayed Nov 11, 2022The room and the location were just as described. Everything was clean and well kept. I especially enjoyed the hot shower, the comfortable bed and the mountain view.

Stayed Oct 24, 2025This is a seemingly secluded basement apartment with its own entrance but is 20 minutes from downtown Ashville and 45 minutes from Mt Pisgah trailhead.The room is very large with a coffee maker, small refrigerator and coffee essentials including half and half. It has a great shower.It doesn’t have many electrical outlets for plugins.It is minutes from a great pizza place and also Fresh Market and it is a short walk (down a very steep hill!) to Beaver Lake.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024Super simple check-in. Is there a better accommodation in Asheville for this price? I don’t think so. Wonderful neighborhood, great location, very comfy and cozy, Dana super sweet hostess. Never had to ask her for one thing. We were struck by how well appointed everything was.

Stayed Jul 8, 2022This is a very nice place in a gorgeous setting. The room is very clean, thoughtfully decorated, and includes a nice little coffee setup. The bed was really comfortable too! It is situated within close driving distance to the Montford neighborhood, which we really enjoyed. We took Ubers to downtown, which was easy and affordable.
