You found it.
This is the place where you can rest, sunbath and have the time of your life enjoying the view to the ocean and mountains. You will be on the top (9th) floor of the building, with your room and terrace being the only ones on que floor. The owners live on the 8th. Floor and will be delighted to give you all the information needed.

Here you will find a cozy room with 1 queen size bed, bathroom, living room, closed kitchen outside on a wonderful terrace only for you. On this terrace you will have the sun, from sunrise to sunset and the nice view over the ocean, the town of Funchal and the mountains as a background. On this terrace you can spend most of the day sunbathing, resting, making and having your meals and enjoying the scenery.
In the room you will find TV and Internet services.
On the terrace you have a kitchen with electric stove, grill, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle and sink and all utensils needed to cook and make a barbecue, thus offering the guests the opportunity to enjoy a better stay in this apartment .
Looking down from the terrace you can see the shopping center Madeira Forum with shops, restaurants, cinemas and a supermarket with competitive prices where you can buy anything you want and have your meals.
You can do some nice walking in the promenade over the ocean, just a couple of minutes away, in BOTH directions: Funchal center and Camara de Lobos.
Madeira International Airport is 23 Kms. Away and since the bus stop is only 5 meters. away, having a car is not a must.

HOUSE RULES
Check in for new guests from 11 a. m. - Access to the room only guaranteed after l4 hrs.
Documents needed: Passport
With the access to the room you get the keys to the house, to the lift (8th. Floor), and to your room. From the 8th, 9th floor to the you will find large and bright stairs on the top of Which is the door to your room.
Check out not later than 11 a. m.
We do not mind you smoking, but only outside on the terrace. Inside absolutely not.
Car parking is available if requested in advance at the cost of € 5 per day.
The do not ask we for any kind of deposit, we kindly appreciate That You leave with us, in cash, the amount Necessary to replace any damage or broken piece During your stay.
Cleaning fee is € 35.
The Cleanning fee of € 35 entitles the guest to receive the apartment in perfect hygienic conditions. Any further change of linen, towels and cleaning, required by the guest, will cost € 40.
If the guest, during his stay does not want any additional cleaning but only change of linnen towels etc, the cost will be € 20 for each change.

In the very close neighborhood you can find everything you need During your stay: Shops, restaurants, cinemas, supermarkets, barbershops, flowershops, convenience stors, etc, etc. All this is Within 5 minutes walking area.
Close is Also the Central Hospital of Funchal and Several private clinics.

Madeira International Airport is 23 Kms. Away and since the bus stop is only 5 meters. away, having a car is not a must.
This area is connected with the Funchal Center by the network of buses very confortable and coming and going several times per hour. The bus is located 50 meters from our door.
