Great location. Large condo. Well equipped. Clean. Negative was tiny pool that was freezing cold.

Great apartment, very spacious and clean, provided absolutely everything we needed.The terrace was great overlooking the Ria Formosa, and the rooftop pool was good as well.We’ve been holidaying in Olhao for several years, always staying in a hotel, definitely an apartment from now on, the location was great and it makes it a lot more relaxing holiday.Restaurants in the area are fantastic as well, so all good

We had an amazing week staying in a well-equipped and spotless apartment. Beds were comfortable. Olhão was a great base, a bit off the beaten track but we were spoiled for choice with restaurants, and the beautiful island beaches. It was fun to have a pool, although it's on the small side - more for splashing than swimming.

Our visit and the location exceeded our expectations. The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. Will recommend to friends and family for sure! O

This property is the best for comfortability, location and location!!! This was our 2nd visit and I want to kindly thank the owners for welcoming us back with a very nice gift basket which included ALL the necessities to start our vacation. The red, white wine and Super Bock along with crackers cheeses etc was greatly appreciated. With all the amenities close by, (Market, restaurants entertainment) there is no need for a car unless you want to take a drive to Albufeira, Tavira or Portimao which is lovely. Definitely enjoyed the variety of novels that was provided especially the Algarve Cook Book! Thank you again. Booking, confirmation payment and communications with John/Moria is always efficient and kind. Cant wait to return . Blessings.

We very much enjoyed our time here. The location was perfect and the accommodation very comfortable. The welcome package was a very pleasant surprise and the weekly cleaning was much appreciated.

Love this apt. In Olhão

This was our second time staying at this apartment and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The host, Moira, and her property manager, Eduarda, take the time to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. We didn't have any issues during our 3 week stay and this apartment truly has become our home away from home.

A very spacious, clean and well-equipped apartment in a great location and with fabulous views from the balcony and kitchen across to tidal salt flats. We appreciated the pro-active communications from the owner (Moira) who provided practical information about the apartment, town and general area. We were greeted and shown around by the delightful property manager (Eduarda) having been kindly granted an early check-in and left with a very generous welcome pack. This property offers a safe location, plentiful parking right outside, easy access to the fourth floor in a fast, modern elevator, and ready access to a roof-top terrace with wonderful views (sadly we didn't brave the pool). Olhao is an up and coming town which blends tradition with responsible tourism, offering many simple and appealing pleasures such as waterfront walks, ferry rides to nearby islands, and a wide range of restaurants, not to mention a superb fish and fruit/veg market and excellent local supermarkets. It's an easy 15-minute car journey from Faro airport and a great base to explore other gems of the Eastern Algarve, such as Tavira, Fuseta and Santa Luzia. We were fortunate to experience a week of almost unbroken winter sunshine and returned home refreshed after a relaxing break based in this excellent, quality apartment.

The hosts and the onsite manager are very helpful and well organized. The location of the condo is fabulous. Cobblestone paths to old Olhao city are easy to walk. For anyone who has mobility issues, wheelchair navigation is a bit more problematic. Comdo is well equipped. Peaceful unit.

Olhão is such a great location to visit with lovely restaurants & bars and only a short ride from the airport. Communications with the host were fantastic and lots of helpful information was provided ahead of our trip. We were met by Eduarda who is a really lovely lady. She showed us around and was very helpful & so friendly. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The bed was particularly comfortable. It is a 10-15 min walk from the restaurants and the ferry to islands to reach the most beautiful beaches. We had a wonderful break away from wet & cold autumn weather. We will stay again if we visit the area in the future.

Great communication with the owners and Eduarda, the property manager ensured a trouble free stay. The apartment exceeded expectations - spacious, clean, well equipped and furnished- fab views from spacious balcony and good pool. Area perfect for us, enough to do but not too touristy. We preferred the more traditional restaurants, best quality and value , fresh fish amazing.

First of all, i thank Moira/John(Owners) for acknowledging our 34th wedding anniversary. We appreciate you. The cake, card and welcome package was so kind. From the booking process to the checkout process it was professional and effortless. The property manager Barbara Eduarda greeted us with a smile and referred to us as My Friends. She ensured us she would be available if we had any questions or need assistance with anything. Prior to our arrival, we were sent a detailed map of the area along with grocery store info, market info, train/ferry info. In addition she provided us with Lil Jumpy Monkey(Transport/Tours) which we used as airport transfers being it was our 1st time in Portugal. Their service is first class, top notch with a smile. When we walked into your home, it instantly felt like OUR HOME! Everything we wanted and needed was there or within walking distance. This home is very well furnished, immaculate and in a very lovely location. This was a surreal experiece! Just unpack and relax as everything is there. We had concerns regarding phone chargers and laptop. All the necessary adapters were provided. I highly recommend this place! We vacationed 2 weeks and it was not long enough. We were sad to leave but good memories are with us UNTIl we make more memories on our return. Thank you again. We are already looking at our schedule for next May for 3/4 weeks.
