Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or enjoying a couples’ getaway,this home is designed for comfort and connection. It features a King bedroom, a Queen bedroom, a Twin trundle bed, and two Queen pull-out sofa, along with two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. A lower-level kitchenette adds extra convenience for larger groups.

As you enter the home, you’ll find a spacious living room with a queen fold out sofa that flows into a kitchenette, laundry room, full bathroom, trundle bedroom, and dedicated workspace. Upstairs, the main level offers an open-concept kitchen and dining area with a table for six plus additional counter seating. Off the living room are the King and Queen bedrooms along with a full bathroom. On the opposite side, enjoy a cozy sunroom with a Queen pull-out sofa and two oversized chairs—perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

For lake access, enjoy a short walk or a quick drive to the water’s edge. Please note this is a shared, gated lake access area—be sure to bring the key for entry. Docking a boat is strictly prohibited. Swimming and kayaking only. If you would like to rent a boat Canandaigua Boatworks is a half mile up the road.
