Great place to stay for a last minute trip to Hobart with my mum. Property was very clean and roomy, a lovely place to stay. Really nice cafe 5 mins walk away. The host was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend it to others. Only concern was that the website was not accurate in the description, advertised it as a triple sleeping room, only in the fine print did it say 1 kingsized bed. The host said there should have been an option for 2 single beds, but there wasnt! It meant my mum and i had share!

A beautiful, charming place to stay just out of the city of Hobart (within walking distance which made things very easy for us). Highly recommend!

Great little hideaway close to Hobart CBD. Very useful as a centralized place of accommodation for long trips down to Tasmania's southern coast.

Good sized unit, comfortable bed, good off street parking, very responsive owners and a handy location.

Size was good and well thought out things that were needed by travellers, it was really hot at the time so air con would have been good, a slight smell on opening the doors but definitely stay here again. Chickens were cool and hosts were very welcoming.

The location is great easy walk to shops etc

The layout of the apartment was excellent for the two of us. It was within walking distance of a coffee and an easy drive to Hobart, Mt. Wellington etc. Our only issues were with the Kitchen utensils etc......only two odd glasses, no chopping board, one very small tea towel and no scrubber. A map of the city would have been useful. This was our first trip to Tasmania as tourists and the property made access to places of interest easy.

Friendly welcome, excellent accommodation, felt very at home.

Comfortable bed and nice to have cereal and bread provided. Disappointed to find dirty crockery and cutlery. Gladwrap was just an empty box but pleased to find some condiments. Bathroom door does not close and stay shut. Could also do with another light in the bathroom as it’s impossible to do makeup in that light.

Very handy to a reasonably sized IGA, just a few minutes walk away. Handy to the city, nearby roadworks are a bit of a nuisance but otherwise easy to get to.

Very pleased we found this property on short notice. Place was spotless, kitchen well furnished, cosy and bed very comfortable. Host was welcoming and helpful.Highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay at Toogooloowa. Great location. The studio apartment was very clean and spacious had everything we needed and was lovely and quiet. Also off street parking is a bonus. I will definitely stay there again.

We loved our time at 309 Davey St, South Hobart. This Heritage listed accommodation was actually a farm. The B & B where we stayed has been converted from old stables. It is clean, roomy, and welcoming. With full kitchen, bedroom area and bathroom. There's also a washing machine and clothes dryer facility. Jason was very welcoming, and extremely accommodating with any queries we had. Nothing was too much trouble. A nicely fitted out studio true to description on website. Good and quiet location well back from the main road, adjacent to a large garden area. On a bus route with easy access to another and the shops of South Hobart. Walking distance to the Hobart rivulet pathway. With luck you might see a platypus

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was peaceful and private. Had everything we needed. Loved the heated floors!!

The apartment was very spacious, tidy, and quiet. We loved seeing the wildlife and feeding the chickens. The area was interesting and close to lots of tourism places of interest. We enjoyed nice long walks every night as the surrounding area had lots of historic buildings we like looking at.

I have stayed here several times for work and it has been fantastic on all my stays. Everything I need to feel at home.
