Stayed Aug 22, 2025kitchen needs work. the kitchen tap is awful a trickle at best and no hot water. i had to wash dishes in the bathroom. the kitchen is not stocked with sharp knife or two a bottle opener..impossible to clean the oven tray which is just dirty with grease proof paper. frying pan cannot be used its rusty. need instructions for oven took me 20 mims to turn it on. dame for hob.overall 1 out of 5 for the kitchen. no beddig for sofa bed. 1 towel for shower. living room is dark. corridor is dark and has lights missing . property has old smell of smoke which was disappointing. need to have a welcome.pack to explain kitchen appliances. i had no idea what to do with rubbish there is no information at all so i left it there.
