    The location of the apartment was greatWe found it difficult to get the key from the key box. The numbers were too small and the lighting was poor when we got into the apartment there was a large stain on the carpet and an iron burn mark on the bedroom carpet also the window was wide open and we had to telephone for help to close itThere was no teapot and the coffee maker was too small to make coffee for 3 people The beds were very comfortable. So there were good things and not too good things about the apartment

    Great apartment, very comfortable beds, large bathroom with good shower. The 2nd floor was a climb but worth it. (would be nice to have a lift). Location is great as well with the car park nearby, (open 9-6, costs 1GBP per hour with alternative of street parking up a very steep 35 steps stairway-difficult decision there)

    The apartment is very nice and in a great location. Jacob's ladder was fun to climb, and the pictures and view makes it worth it! My only complaint is that it is on the 2nd floor (3rd if you're from the USA). With an older mother, it was difficult. Maybe state that on the listing.
