Adorable tiny house with a spectacular view of Otter Creek on Lake Cumberland. It is located in Monticello, Ky in a rural part of the area. It’s about 12 minutes to town. There is very close (driving distance) swimming access, kayaking, boating, boat ramps, fishing & marinas. Plus, your likely to see lots of wildlife. I have kayaks available to use for $25/per day/per kayak! Pets welcome for $50 per stay!! I supply everything you need, all you need to bring is your clothes and food

Stayed Sep 8, 2022It had a great view of the lake. Outdoor relaxing areas were nice. The cottage is small but we didn’t spend much time inside so it was fine for the 3 of us and a small dog. It had everything we needed. Would stay there again for sure!

Stayed Jul 28, 2025We had a wonderful stay! Holly was easy to communicate with. The cottage was quaint, clean and cozy. The views were spectacular! We spent days on the lake and evening watching the sunset. This is a great place if you’re looking to unplug and spend quality time with your special person couldn’t recommend more!!

Holly the host was super nice and helpful with some places to check out and has a great design touch for the lake life. If you're looking for a little cabin with lots of character, you need to check this place out!

Stayed Jun 15, 2024I went to Monticello and Harmon Hollow KY to visit family and found this delightful little cottage with so many perks! It was perfect! It was super clean, tastefully decorated, the bed was super comfortable, and the multiple outside decks were enjoyed in the evening. I want to go back!
