We booked one night for a mountain bike race at the local college. Looking at the street view on Google, we were a bit worried about the location, but we found it to be very convenient to downtown and it seemed very safe. We were worried about the bar being loud after reading other reviews, but we didn't hear any noise from the bar. The tiny home is cute, well stocked with everything we needed. Despite previous reviews around cleanliness, we found the house to be very clean. We weren't expecting both beds to be in lofts, so be mindful of that if you gave trouble with stairs or ladders. Great stay and would book again.

We really enjoy staying at Leadville tiny house. We were disappointed with how dirty the tiny house was. The walls had marks and dirt on them as well as the baseboards in the bathroom. We swept the floor and gathered a large amount of dirt and pet hair. We still would totally recommend the tiny houses for anyone staying for an extended stay. We love being able to cook and have a regular house while we are in Colorado.

the tiny house was cold and the heater in the middle of the house did not keep the bedroom warm. The wifi was not working the the property manager could not get it or the TV functioning

Seamless check-in process, great proximity to Harrison Ave (the main drag), wonderful views, well-appointed kitchen. Fine experience but the unit itself could use some TLC.This was my first tiny home experience and I know space is at a premium, there was ample storage but literally not a single place to sit that was ergonomically comfortable for more than 5 minutes. We ended up just veggin' out in the beds, which was fine, but unsustainable if one actually lived here or stayed more than a few days. The kitchen table weighs maybe 80-100 lbs so is difficult to move to access a space to eat. While it was not necessarily dirty, it could use a deep clean. I actually found the bar across the street charming, but on a Saturday night it was loud until midnight so I slept with earplugs in.With some committed capital improvement to the unit, I would return.

Cute tiny home in a great location. It had everything we needed and easy walking to coffee shop and restaurants. Easy drive to ski at Copper mountain. The house was clean but had a few dust bunnies in the corners and my friend and I felt a little allergies from previous pets. Nothing major. It was cold outside but the house was plenty warm.

The tiny house is cute and has a lot of potential but it really needs a deep cleaning. There is dust everywhere, the shower and toilet had mildew. Silverware and utensils were dirty. The main mattress did not have a clean smell to it so it was a little hard to get comfortable. The tv did not work and neither did the main heater but there are 2 portable heaters which did the job. The area is beautiful everything is walking distance (restaurants, coffee shops and gas stations). It would have been the perfect stay if it was clean and cozy.

The property for the most part looks like the listing. The inside was dirty. There were cracker crumbs in the storage cubbies. My wife swept up some glass that must have broke. The main mattress had an odor to it. The dish sponge was used, we went out and bought our own dish sponge and washed all dishes before use. The bed had some sand on it. We questioned if the unit was even cleaned prior to our arrival. We definitely won’t stay here again.

Convenient location near downtown with everything you need. We had 3 people staying there and we seemed to have plenty of space. The kitchen was well suited for cooking and We had a great time
