Brand New and Pet Friendly - visit our tiny house park above the clouds in downtown Leadville. House has first floor sleeping for 2 and loft sleeping for 2 as well (sleeps 4 total). House has a full bathroom and kitchenette. Kitchenette has a cooktop, fully stocked with dishes, pans, utensils etc. Walk out your door and see stunning views of Mount Elbert & Mount Massive. Walk half a block and you are on Harrison Ave, the main street of Leadville.

Stayed Feb 14, 2026There was no host there. We had three people and two blankets. Asked in advance for more blankets and had to keep asking via the messaging. It was not clear who could ask at the location.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025Cute little tiny house, walking distance to downtown, with mountain views. Was stocked with everything we needed and plenty of room to sleep the 4 of us, with room to spare. Only complaints are that the A/C unit is more of a decoration than a reality, and we lost a wallet while we were there (realized after we left) and the owner/property manager never got back to us with whether they found it or not, despite us reaching out multiple times and them responding that they'd let us know.

Stayed Mar 23, 2025When we arrived, the house was warm and cozy. It looked exactly like the picture. The views from the window were stunning. The neighborhood was peaceful and we felt very safe as female travelers. Anytime we needed something, the property manager was quick to respond. The kitchenette was perfect and had everything we needed to prep our meals. We want to stay here again for our ski trip next year!

Stayed Dec 20, 2024House was nice and had more space than anticipated being a tiny home. Sleeping situation was good with multiple options. Only negative is that bed sheets appeared old. There were old stains on the bed sheets.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024Love the location. Very convenient. The hose was very clean but I had a couple of small issues. The AC was not working very well and did not cool down the house. No blankets or bed sheets were provided. Otherwise great stay

Stayed Feb 17, 2024They brought us extra blankets, washcloths, and towels right away. The pullout cushions could use a refresh, and no coffee fixings to go with the coffee. Otherwise clean and cute!!

Stayed Feb 21, 2024This tiny house was in the absolute best location. We had easy access to town and Mt Cooper. Only complaint was stains all over the living room couch. But 5/5 ?!

Stayed Jan 25, 2024This is a nice Tiny house. Walk easily to town. Parking was limited in winter by poor snow removal.
