Stayed Dec 28, 2023Locked out when the door stopped working & over an hour to talk to a human, another hour to be told to move for the night. Changed units, last day door code stopped working another 40 minutes locked out of our tiny house, no return calls, no return texts. After multiple calls got new code. Didn't lock the door again until we checked out in the morning for fear of being locked out in the cold. Won't stay again.

Stayed Jul 7, 2023While it was good, there was not enough hot water for me to clean myself and wash my hair much less shave my legs. I was a little disappointed in the lack of opening windows, there was no air flow in the house. Lastly, no dish towel to dry dishes. Also the ladder going up to the loft, the boards are sloped in a manner where it would be easy ti slip and fall.
