Stayed May 28, 2022We had a great time and the place was fantastic! Only small negative was that there was only one roll of toilet paper and no kleenex, so had to make an unplanned grocery store run! :) Really wonderful, fun place to stay

Stayed Sep 13, 2025The area is interesting. The house is set in a tiny home park, but to get to it you have to drive through what looks like a live in trailer park. As long as you know that, the house is easy to find. The details of the house are a little misleading. While it says two bedrooms it turns out they are a loft and a floor level walled off area. The bed I used was comfortable, so that’s a plus. No pillows unless they were somewhere else, just shams. So you may want to bring your own pillows if you are driving, and maybe blankets. The blanket on the first level bed is very thin. While it was in the 40’s while I was there, the blanket wasn’t enough to keep warm. Turning up the heater helped a little bit but not a lot.All of the other areas are as described. (They do have a hairdryer, so for me that was a plus.)Knowing what I know now a tiny house might not be my thing. But I think in terms of tiny houses this one is okay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025I will start by saying I am a hotel person but my husband is into the tiny home lifestyle. So, I booked this based on last reviews & to push myself out of my comfort zone & see what the tiny home lifestyle was all about. I was pleasantly surprised! Upon arrival of the unit it was very clean and ready for use. It was just as pictured. The area has several other tiny units around it but that didn’t mean it was loud. The area was quiet, even being close to the main Leadeville strip, which is another great feature-walking distance to the main drag and restaurants. My husband will run the 100 miler in August and while he is staying with local friends, anyone filling that race can walk to the start line from this property. Bed was comfy, towels clean, good shower water pressure. We also arrived earlier than anticipated and while we did have to pay the early arrival fee (which is normal) we were able to get in a couple hours earlier b/c there host responded so quickly.Overall, great experience. I may not be giving up the hotel life anytime soon, but this property definitely has me thinking the next trip I take.

Stayed Mar 16, 2025This is a very tiny home, so don't be surprised! The home is cute and comfortable -- Three of us stayed here. I highly recommend bringing a few throw blankets as it was chilly in the winter, but everything else was great.

Stayed Feb 26, 2025This tiny house was super fun to stay in. Communication with host was excellent. Very cute inside and had everything we needed for our stay in Leadville. Easy access to enter our house when we arrived. House stayed toasty warm with the two heat sources available. The four star on cleanliness was due to the ceiling fan in the bathroom was really dirty and the airplane decor above in the living room area had dust hanging from it, just needs to be cleaned! Overall it was a wonderful stay, thanks

Stayed Feb 11, 2024From the moment we stepped foot into the door to the moment we locked it for the last time, we enjoyed every moment. The house was exactly as described and perfect for our family. Our children enjoyed the bunk area; it was a highlight for them. The location was everything! Close to ski cooper and steps away from shopping and restaurants. Don’t hesitate to book this house! You won’t be disappointed. Thank you!!!!

Stayed Jan 1, 2024This is an adorable tiny house with fun, cute quirky decorating. I was impressed with the cleanliness. Overall we had a wonderful time in Leadville but there were a few things about this tiny house that were not what we were expecting. I was traveling with husband, son and grandson. Both beds had fitted bottom sheets but no top sheet and a thin cover bedspread. With the bed on the main floor right up against a window with no other blanket it was cold. There was a space heater along with the regular heating but we didn't feel it would be safe to run the space heater all night. We normally keep our home at 68* and had the heater set to 77* that night and still cold. There were wonderful fluffy towels in the bathroom but no washcloths. We stayed here in January and it would have been nice to have a few throw rugs as the floor was cold. Kitchen had a sponge but no dishcloths. I had never used an induction cooktop so I had to Google how to use it. The lids for the pans were not the correct size for the pans. The next two things are not the owner's fault, and not with in their control but wanted to mention. The tiny house next door that was empty had the lights on and curtain open all night so that illuminated our bedroom. This tiny house in located in an area that shares spaces with RV's. I was awoken every time the generators for the Rv's started up at night for their heaters. Overall we would stay here again.

Stayed Sep 29, 2023We love staying in the tiny home village when we visit Leadville. It's within walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants downtown, which is so nice. The property was clean. Neighbors are respectful.
