Very convenient place to stay for a business trip or just a weekend to get away from the routine in a safe and private space. The Studio is just 40 min away from South Padre Island, SpaceX, few minutes away from Sunrise Mall, Walmart, Hospital, and so on.
Studio #1 (12x24ft) is located at the backside of my house, next to another unit rental (Studio #2.) The neighborhood is super safe & quiet.

Stayed Jan 24, 2025Tanya was very quick response and accommodate our needs. Studio was fully equipped, The bed was very comfy sheets very clean, room smelled very crisp and clean. We loved our stay. Im planning to repeat our stay there when we go back to Brownsville.
