Located just 1 minute walk from Adelaide`s premier streets for shopping, restaurants and night-life: Rundle Street and Rundle Mall. We would love to host you in our beautiful City!

Our 2 bedroom re-furbished and fully furnished apartment is conveniently located in the heart of the East End of Adelaide.

Free tram to Royal Adelaide Hospital for Emergency Responders.

With an awesome private balcony overlooking Adelaide’s Rundle St and out towards the Adelaide Hills you will enjoy sitting back to enjoy the sights and sounds of Adelaide.

The main bedroom contains a Queen sized bed and the second bedroom contains two king single beds. There is a fold out queen size sofa bed too, which is very comfortable.

The kitchen comes equipped with most utensils, cutlery and crockery you`ll need for a nice home made feast - but when you`re staying on Adelaide`s most popular restaurant street, you might prefer to eat out!

As well as the apartment, you`ll have access to the shared (paid) laundry facility downstairs as well as the common area which contains couches, a TV and a table tennis table (Level 1).

We will provide you with written information regarding everything you will need to know while staying in Tindy’s City Pad.

My husband and I have lived in Adelaide all of our lives and we love the place. So we can give you plenty of tips on where to go and how to get around.

While you are in Adelaide we suggest you check out some of South Australia’s wine regions - winery tours are available to the Barossa Valley, Adelaide Hills or McLaren Vale.

Glenelg Beach is a tram ride away – you can catch the tram at the opposite end of Rundle Mall (check out the shops as you walk there).

Adelaide Oval is a short distance away, so while you’re here see if there is a cricket match or footy game on!

Stroll down North Terrace and take in some history as you pass Adelaide University the art gallery and museum.

Adelaide has some great bars, microbreweries and Gin joints – well worth checking out!

The apartment is in walking distance of trains, buses and trams! Adelaide is a relatively easy city to walk around so you might not need any. The free City Loop bus is a short walk away and will take you to most places in the CBD you want to go!

Although there is no car parking onsite we can offer you a guaranteed non-reserved FREE car park at the Upark Car Park across the road (1 minute walk away).

We have a highchair and travel cot available upon request - please mention this at time of booking.

Please note we require a copy of your drivers licence or passport upon booking.

The guest name and ID must match the credit card used for payment. If you are booking on someone else’s behalf, then we will require your ID in addition to the guests.

A $150 Security Deposit is charged to ensure keys, cards or remotes are all returned.
This is a residential apartment building so the rules of the facility apply. In particular, there is no smoking allowed anywhere inside the building. Also, no noise should be able to be heard by neighbouring apartment occupants, including those above and below.
The apartment is on the 13th floor and has a balcony so child supervision is essential at all times.
