This historic, 1000 square foot loft, is located inside the Woolworth Building, a landmark in the heart of the Old Market. Our 2 bed, 2 bath space features modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building. Along with this great space is an onsite fitness center, natural lit atrium, and easy access to Old Market restaurants, shops and destinations. Just a little over a 15 minute walk to TD Ameritrade Park (CWS) and CHI Health Center Arena (Swim Trials, Berkshire +more).

For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.
This loft features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In each bedroom you'll find a spacious walk-in closet, queen bed. The master suite features an attached bathroom.
For in room entertainment you'll find super fast WiFi along with a Smart TV and digital cable.
The full kitchen, with sold surface counters and a large eat-in island, includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and cooking essentials. Also in the suite is a washer and dryer.
An in-room digital thermostat is at your fingertips to adjust the AC/heat up or down to your liking.
Also available to guests is our second floor fitness center, third-floor atrium and three distinct restaurants on the first floor and a lower-level arcade.
Parking garages are available. Transportation available through Uber, Lyft, and Taxi service. Bus service within 2 blocks.
This is in a great location. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful.
Everyrhing we enjoyed was a very easy walk.
Very clean and comfortable condo. Had trouble with lock on door when we first got there but it was fixed incredibly fast. We were lucky we got a parking space right in front of the building but parking could be an issue. Great fun location. Would recommend and would stay here again. ?
So many things right within walking distance! Great place to stay. The check in and check out process was super smooth! Would recommend!
Loved the location! Quick walk to about everything you need. Parking was easy too we used street and garage parking. We cooked in the apartment and everything was clean and easy. The only difficult thing was the building door was a bit tricky to open. But thats a building issue so no big deal.
Great location. Perfect for me, my husband, 2 adult kids and significant other. East access. Safe. Doors beed WD40 but otherwise great stay!
Loved the location!
We were there for beer/breweries. Location was perfect. Walked everywhere. Parked in parking ramp, which was close, but not attached, so a bit of a hassle, mainly because it was raining that day. Otherwise, would have been a more minor inconvenience.
Great location, super simple check in and out process.
Location can’t be better. Convenient to everything. Parking wasn’t that bad either which I worried about. The room had a few things that needed to be fixed, and the building had some things that needed repair (trash chute, front entry door shock, dishwasher). I’d still stay here again for the location. Bar/grill and coffee shop in the building which is handy!
