This nice flat, in Plaine-Monceau, is traditional and can comfortably accommodate 4 people

Régis was such a welcoming host and the flat was just perfect! It was very spacious, had lovely decor, great views, and all the amenities we needed (including a lift). With a boulangerie right across the street, amazing food markets along Place Levis, and metro stops within a 5-minute walk, we had everything we needed. We received detailed communication well in advance & Régis was very responsive throughout our stay and so hospitable.

We enjoyed staying here and the location was perfect for us. The apartment is beautiful and large enough for family of four to be very comfortable. I especially appreciated the washer and dryer. The only drawbacks were street noise, which cannot be helped, and the shower mechanism had an issue. But really a beautiful place and a very responsive host. I would love to stay there again.

We had everything we needed at Régis’s lovely apartment for two adults and a teenager. Loved the neighborhood! Close to several metro stations so we were able to get around the city pretty easily. We were there during a heatwave, so some of the trains and buses were sweltering — bring a handheld fan if you can. The apartment is on a busy street so we had to keep windows closed at night, which was hot but doable. Unorthodox Bakery, right around the corner, has great pastries and coffee. Régis was very responsive to any questions we had. We loved our first time in Paris — thank you for the use of your gorgeous place!

Lovely, really wished it had air conditioning

My husband, my 12 year old daughter and I had a nice week is this lovely apartment. Was nice to come home to every day after a busy day in and around Paris. Had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Felt very safe in the neighborhood and flat. Enjoyed nearby restaurants, cafes and shopping. Bus stops on the block, several metro stops 6-10 min walk. Beautiful flat within short metro ride of all main sites. Awesome bakery within 2 blocks and small grocery store too. great stay.

We loved our stay in Paris! The apartment has classic Parisian charm and everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We are 4 adults and had plenty of room. The metro is a quick walk away, as are restaurants, cafes and a boulangerie. Our host was very helpful and kind, too. Merci, Regis!

We had a nice stay at this property. We were a short walk (5-8 minutes) from the metro, so easy access to Paris. Several nice restaurants in the area. Nearby a bakery with wonderful croissants. Hardwood floors throughout that were a bit squeaky. One bathroom had only a shower/sink. The other bathroom was only a toilet. Those were our only complaints with the apartment Bedrooms overlook the boulevard and it was a bit noisy. For the most part we were able to block that out. Would stay again.

The apartment was perfect for our needs, great location. We would happily stay there again.

This lovely apartment is in the 17th- away from the tourists and in easy distance from all trains and amenities. We loved the vibe and appreciated the authentic Paris feel. Would stay here again!!
