We have the home stocked with a starter kit for your stay including a roll of paper towels, extra trash bags for the kitchen, laundry soap, sponge and dish liquid, dishwasher liquid, and rolls of toilet and paper towels.
Supplies required over this amount will be the responsibility of the guests to purchase for their stay. There are several local stores very close to this property including Target and major grocery chains.
The 'Management Fee' listed in your booking was for a non-refundable damage waiver. The fee covers you for accidental damages up to $500. We ask that if anything does happen during your stay, please let us know immediately and send us a picture, so we can work on a remedy for the next guest. If something were to happen and the damages were to be over $500, you pay the difference over $500. Please keep in mind that this waiver does not apply to damages caused by animals, negligence, or results in excessive cleaning fees.

Guests have full private access to the home. We have a smart code that will be given to you in the check-in instructions that will grant you 24/7 access to the home, without manual keys. A set of manual keys will be left in your home upon check-in.
The building is set up like a traditional apartment style, but you will have your dedicated parking space, entrance, and fully furnished apartment. The coin-operated laundry is shared with 15 other units and located in the next building. Each apartment has a smart lock, and opens to a very spacious, corporate designed living room with a TV, couch, and dining room. A desk is also provided for those who work from home.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all basic cooking materials, a full fridge and freezer combo, oven, stovetop, and microwave. The bedroom features a Queen bed with ample storage in the deep closet, and an attached full bathroom.
This unit is ground floor and does not require the ability to use stairs. You also have a private patio area set up that enters into the back of the property, with space available for yard games, access to the dumpster, and street parking area. This is accessed through the living room and is able to lock with a safety bar provided.
Trash can be taken out at your leisure. There are 2 dumpsters on the property that are towards the back of the property that can be accessed by walking on either side of the building, or by driving onto the neighboring streets.
