This second floor apartment is apart of a 4-plex that was lovingly built in 1928. There is a great view of the sunset from the front sunroom. We renovated this apartment in 2021 with an updated kitchen and bathroom. The rooms are spacious and the original hardwood floors are stunning. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and hybrid coil & memory foam mattresses. Parking for one vehicle located behind the building and additional vehicles may park on the street overnight
